I’m really impressed with this place. The customer service is great! I received my invoice via email with the incorrect amount. I contacted David after hours via e-​mail to clear up the misunderstanding. I heard back from him in less than an hour (still after hours) and the amount was refunded to my card immediately.
I love companies that are on top of it, and quick to correct their error. They do quality work, and I believe their prices are reasonable too.
I’ll definitely be returning, and would highly recommend.

I was referred here to get a baseball cap embroidered up. I met with David who was super helpful getting me exactly what I wanted with a couple of suggestions that were perfect. I came for one car and bought two. I am looking forward to picking them up in only 2 days. Great service and support.

David the owner is a great guy. The work that is done at the shop is quality. I wish my company would contract with Monogram Magic. The staff that is employed by David are also friendly. The inside of the store may seem disorganized but David has a very unique filing system and never loses any of my items.

I was looking for a simple embroidery on a towel and was referred here. David was very helpful as well as friendly. I needed the towel the same day for a wedding gift so David was able to push to have it finished by the afternoon at no additional charge.
The business is also a supporter of the local law enforcement which is always a good plus.
