Was forced to have Safe N Secure install our garage door because of our HOA. Springs broke in 2 years and cost $ 325 to replace. 2 years later, the springs broke again. Not to mention, they damaged my garage door opener when installing the door.

To their credit, our garage door has worked well for a couple years. The problem is that it was missing an important header bracket which caused the door to warp over time. You never pay attention to your garage door until it stops working properly or glass shatters above your head as it closes. We found out the part was missing when we closed the garage door and the two outside windows shattered on contact. Blerg!
Now that the piece has been installed by another company, we are scratching our heads at how such an important piece (a piece the new company got from the door manufacturer for free, because it is a required, standard piece) could go missing from installation.
