Always extremely crowded and long lines but the employees make it happen in record time plus they are always nice!

NEVER have I went to a Starbucks that have NOONE smile at you. The most unhappy people there with the least enthusiasm. Ordered a Venti drink. got a regular. told them I ordered a venti. gave me a sour face. left me standing there. WHYWOULD I LIE! GEEZ. Then she asked the cashier lady if I paid for a Venti. and she blurted out. I don’t know.. I have lots of customers. Don’t you all have the same customers? Instead of making my drink that THEY messed up in. They made everyone else’s drinks first. THEN made mine. DIDN’T call my name. instead said. java chip…(ugh)!! Really??? Are you mad at me for YOUR mix up? I should be the one that is mad. you messed up my drink and made me wait til EVERYONEELSEWASSERVED!!! Don’t work there then if you’re NOT happy!!! I couldn’t give lower than a 1 star. or else I would of. WORSE customer service EVER!!! Didn’t take the girls names but. I came in on 4÷26÷16 @ 3:30pm. Hope you figure out who the cashier and the person handing out the drinks at that time… because I AMCALLINGYOUOUT! POORPOORSERVICE!

To be honest… I was too scared to try this place because of all the bad reviews, but… It wasn’t bad at all! They should deserve more stars than what they have right now. :) Clean place and kind baristas!

Customer service wasn’t great. There were multiple milk containers that were empty. Not what I expected from a Starbucks. The experience was more like a less-personal college coffee shop.

I absolutely love this location in the morning. Connor is amazing. I walk in and he asks me if I want my normal coffee. I gave it 4 stars because the afternoon crew is super slow and super rude. They like to talk to each other more than give great customer service.

I just came to this Starbucks location, during their open hours, and they’re closed. There isn’t signage indicating they’re closed, no altered hours signs, and the workers were still there. In fact, they left as I wrote this. This isn’t a holiday or any other special day. This isn’t the first time this has happened here and there at least needs to be signage if there aren’t going to be updates online, like on Unilocal,since according to Unilocal they’re supposed to be open for another couple of hours. Bad business practice.

I’ve been to this location several times and each time I’ve had bad service. The baristas are NOT friendly at all. Keep in mind that I have had different baristas all 4 times I’ve visited. The baristas are not professional and hardly address you because they are too busy talking to each other like they are at school. I heard the barista tell another, «god, you are so annoying» I’m telling you, they have attitudes here. I tried giving this Starbuck a couple of chances and that was my mistake. Perhaps it’s just that it’s location is Lake Forest, which is filled with rude people as it is.

Came in excited to try some of the holiday drinks. They updated the menu with really great options. I placed an order but told me the ingredients wasn’t available. This went on with other drinks I tried to place an order. Finally frustrated, I asked him what was available. Everything but the 2 drinks I attempted to order he told me. His apology seemed genuine but the manager or supervisor didn’t with lack of concern. The gentlemen, however gave it to us on the house, trying to explain those drinks weren’t available till Monday. I asked why there wasn’t a courtesy sign letting customers know? He wasn’t informed because the person in charge didn’t care enough to let the employees know. The management there lacks greatly because everything I stop there, there’s always a lack of some sort. That was my last trip to this location. R.I.P to this location. Happy Halloween ya’ll!

Well, I like Starbucks and I spent a lot every time I visit. But today The girl working there called for sausage sandwich is ready. I ordered one so I took it. But someone else stand nearby said he also ordered this. The girl looked at me as if I am a thief. And then she even gave him a gift card as if that was a huge loss(he waited for less than a minute to get another one ready, and who knows EVENIFHEORDETEDITORNOT). I didn’t know some else ordered the same thing, why should they treat me like I am so wrong? Just a day’s mood has been ruined.

We have been frequenting this location since my husband finally decided to become a Gold member. We went to another location on the way to work but they kept messing the drinks up, or would be out of one of the teas as early as 5am, and my husband swore his syrup tasted like mint half the time. They never really knew what to do about it. We finally gave up and went to this location. One downfall over the previous one was that this one does not have a drive thru, but if they can get the job done it’s worth it anyways. We come here at about 5am so I am half asleep. We come in three to four days a week for our morning teas. I get the venti iced green tea unsweetened, and my husband gets the venti iced black tea sweetened. Since we come here so often, the morning crew knows us and knows our orders, almost all of them anyways. It’s nice to be recognized and remembered, and it’s as simple as walking up and paying and then waiting just a minute or two unless it is busier that day since they know our orders. Everyone is very friendly and appreciative as well as welcoming. We especially appreciate a particular guy who is here typically on Tuesdays and sometimes Wednesday mornings. Sadly I do not know his name, but I would like to get it when I see him next and update this review and let corporate know. It is not often that people get recognized for the good work that they do. As soon as we walk in he grabs the cups and makes our drinks. We feel he makes them the best tasting and he is very friendly. We appreciate the staff here and hope that they get recognized for it. We pretty much never have any issues here. It seems that some reviews as of late are very low but it could be the shift we all arrive on. I have come in the afternoon a little frustrated due to how insanely busy it gets and the staff isn’t the same. My props all go to the very early morning shift.

Lady with the dark hair and glasses makes the iced caramel macchiato the way I like. Extra caramel drizzle and upside down. No complaints and always a smile on her face. Will try and get her name next time! She’s awesome.

This place is always jam packed and they aren’t too friendly here either. I don’t know what it is about Starbucks in this are. This one in particular NEVERFILLSUPTHEDRINKS. It’s always the least bit of liquid possible, and their snootie attitude just makes it worse.

Would not refill my drink because they said it has to be the same location within 2 hours. It’s been 1.5hrs since my last cup at a location within a mile from here. It was a vanilla iced coffee. No cream. Nothing special. I also ordered a caramel frap for a friend. So they are making their profit off the second drink with no refill options. First Starbucks I’ve been to that enforces this rule. They said it’s a corporate policy. I understand you have to abide by corporate rules, I’ve worked in retail for years. But come on! Let’s use common sense and context about this situation. When my drinks were done, I said thank you with no «you’re welcome» or eye contact. Won’t return here ever again, because I’ll just drive a few minutes farther to get better customer service.

Horrible I have always gotten my venti water with 3 scoops of matcha and all of a sudden they charge as a custom tea. Custom, really, all you do is put 3 scoops in water.

Guess you need to be a regular here to get basic customer service. I waited to get a hot drink while the Barista made the cold drinks behind me for the regulars.(No he wasn’t steaming the milk for latte while making the iced teas) It was only when I stood over the pick-up area did start my drink. When it was ready he gave a lame excuse that they only had one steamer working(i had the only hot drink that I could see) without making eye contact or stopping his conversation with one of his regulars. I guess they aren’t interested in creating new business and are happy with the office the workers within walking distance.

After receiving numerous bad drinks at my previous go to location we recently switched our route to work and began coming to this location The staff here is friendly and after just a few visits already recognize us and know our morning drink order. The service is fast and efficient and I have only received an incorrect drink once(it could have possibly been right but was so lightly sweetened it wasn’t noticed). The location is rarely busy at the time of morning we visit which is nice and our drink orders come up out very quickly. The layout of the store is nice with both indoor and outdoor seating but can get a bit cramped if there’s a line as there really isn’t anywhere designated to wait for your drink. I like the fact that they go out of their way to post the specials near the register for BOGO drinks or free pastries with drink order etc… To this point, this location has delivered in the areas that our previous store lacked. We went back to the other location again yesterday as we were right near it and my wife’s drink was so diluted with water that it had little to no green tea taste and was discolored. This will continue to be our weekday morning stop on the way to work.

The service here is good or not depending on the people. Some are really accommodating — like this guy who would suggest whip cream or if I’m even hesitant there is a cold drink for such a thing and he happily reassures me there is and if I’d even like whipped cream. A while ago however there’s this barista who made my drink and when I asked for it to be sweetened he gave a little attitude — how do u even want it sweetened? As if the drink itself doesn’t come with it. It’s just a little sweetener, the other Starbucks always willingly does it for me and even asks if it’s perfect. This one however I had to specify myself instead of them offering options and I felt a little lack of service. If I’m not happy w my drink just offer to make it better is it that hard? I was displeased a little bit shrugged it off and felt he gave me attitude when he said have a nice day. I’m like my day would be better if you had been more cooperative like the other Starbucks Now looking at the reviews I can see that other reviewers have had similar experiences themselves. Go figure
