This location moves pretty fast compared to other Starbucks I have been to at morning rush hour and they put up with me complicated iced green tea latte orders

Doors were closed and locked 10 minutes before the posted closing time. If you don’t wanna be there that late, don’t sign up for closing shifts

I drove up to Lake Forest to visit a client and saw this Starbucks a mile away from my destination. I stopped in to get a Grande Sparkling Mango Iced Tea. The person who helped me was super nice and was pleasant. I was also impressed by how nice and clean the location was. It is one of the bigger and better Starbucks I’ve seen in this area. I am a fan and will make sure to stop by again when I am in the area. This Starbucks also has a drive-​up, so I’ll be taking advantage of that too in the future.

Has to be the slowest Starbucks ever almost 30 minutes in the drive through and order problems.

awesome service I had place a mobile order and accidentally sent it to the another store and Ryan was able to help me out and get my drink made for me and made it for me the way I ordered it. love this store great staff always friendly and my favorite starbucks to visit

I have been to this store 3 times and every time they have gotten my drink wrong! This time they made it wrong I told them and they made it wrong for a second time !! I give up I will never go to this Starbucks again!

Super nice baristas.
This place is off the heezy at 9am and I’m so glad I used the phone app (now just to get used to going up to the baristas to see if my order is ready).
Always pleasant here.

The only reason I’m giving this location two stars is for Frank. He was totally cool, professional, and was willing to work with our huge company order.
The manager on duty, Ryan, was a huge disappointment. Not only did he practically scold my co-​worker for placing a huge order (which was COURTEOUSLY placed and paid for the day before, mind you) but when my controller paid him a personal visit to see what the problem was he reiterated what he told us about being unwilling to accommodate such a large order on the phone even if it is placed the day before. He preferred us placing individual orders via the Starbucks app. Orders this big placed from our company are gifts from our supervisors to us… how the hell would this be considered a gift if they said «oh hey everyone lets sit down and have a little training session on how to download and use the Starbucks app and upload our company card — but delete it right after of course. Ok all at once now let’s place individual orders to bombard Starbucks with 20+ drinks at once!»
This isn’t the first time I have an issue with Ryan. He made my very berry refresher extremely watered down one day and my friend felt the same way about her refresher. There’s a huge sign on the barista bar that reads «love your drink or your barista will make it right!» Ryan took the drinks back in the most displeasing manner ever and informed us that they put water in the very berry hibiscus. Ya don’t say! We already knew this. It was more watered down than usual, hence our return. Of course he remade the drink and I’m 100% sure that he watered it down even more out of spite. Our resolution was clear: no negative reviews, but also no more trips to this location. After today’s incident however, I have no problem speaking out.
My controller called corporate for today’s incident and is waiting for a call from the district manager.
A little PS for Ryan — If you hate customer service so much maybe you’re in the wrong field.

I find it weird to evaluate a worldwide franchise and company that most people visit on a normal basis for their caffeine fix. You typically wouldn’t be seeing me writing up a review for a Starbucks, especially considering how often I go to them and it’s usually dependent on where I am. However, considering that this Starbucks shop is relatively new and I spent at least a good couple of hours here while waiting for my car at the Subaru dealership across the street, I’d give my two cents.
I came here on a Friday evening after work while waiting for my oil change to finish for my STI. I ordered a grande Verano to enjoy while catching up on the Daily Show and the Colbert show. The girl at the register told me it would have to be a pour over and that usually takes 5 or so minutes but I had nothing but time so of course it was all good.
Roughly 15 minutes passed by and I still had no idea where my coffee was but assumed that I was just deaf from having my earphones plugged in and didn’t hear my order being called out. I finally got up and waited to see if it was almost done or slowly been cooling down on the counter. Turns out the girl forgot about my drink and continued with other orders and what not.
At this point, I know most of you guys out there would be frustrated at the very least, maybe even more than that considering how badly you need your fix. It didn’t really help the girl’s case too that the shop was fairly empty and not busy at all. But, all is good in the world for they gave me a $ 4 gift card to make up for the inconvenience and you really can’t be mad at free coffee. For this, I’ll give them kudos for admitting they were wrong and making it up to me.

Horrible service! Every Time I come into this location they never get my drink correct; it doesn’t matter if it’s packed or empty.
I’m usually pretty chill about things like this; but I mean come on every single time?

New location… very clean and nice inside. I didn’t do the drive through because I feel that is incredibly lazy so I actually walked inside…

So happy that this store is open! It’s two minutes from my work. Store has a drive through but I prefer to walk inside. Looks like there’s plenty of parking but that might be because some of the other are still being built. The store is spacious and roomy inside. The staff is friendly and very cheerful. I think they’ve doing shots of espresso in back. It’s obviously clean since it’s only been open a couple weeks. Store phone # (949) 556‑2074. Hours are Sunday 5 am — 9 pm. Every other day 4:30 — 10 pm. Oh yeah… they got my drink order right so that’s a plus.
Well the staff is still friendly but they seem to have issues getting my drink order correct. Venti iced coffee, two pumps of syrup with HEAVY cream. Easy peasy, right?
Just got my drink with MILK and not heavy cream. UGH! The heavy cream is the container is the one with black cap. Get it right people.

While I’ve only experienced the drive-​thru thus far, I am really liking this location.
The lines are not too long, even with several cars ahead, and the window people are always very nice, smiling the whole time. So far my orders have all been correct, and I have no complaints.
The drive-​thru is still a bit weird, with temporary K-​rails locking you in, and impractical traffic control, but this is understandable since they recently opened, and they are is still very much under construction. The freeway close location makes up for this, at least to me.

So many things wrong with this location. I pulled up to the drive thru, saw a line and expected to take a bit. Waiting and waiting, I finally got to the screen and placed my order. The girl repeated it to me, but said she’d give me my order total at the window. Weird.
More waiting and waiting (mind you, we’d be sitting for 5 minutes without moving AT ALL, before finally crawling up another few feet). By this point, I’m annoyed that it’s taking so long for them to move the line. Now, I pull up to the window and the girl doesn’t say «hi» or anything to confirm my order, she just says my total, scans my card, and hands me my drink.
I’m driving away now, and about a block away realizing that my car smells awfully fruity for having ordered a vanilla latte. Sure enough, they gave me the wrong order. Annoyed, I drove back to the store, walked in, and told the barista what happened. She doesn’t even apologize. She asks what I ordered, tells me she’ll fix it, then goes back to the bar. 3 other people’s drinks later, my correct order finally comes out. Again, no apology.
It took me 30 minutes to get my right order. I sat and waited in the drive thru only to have to get out go inside anyway because of their mistake. They had very poor customer service and no urgency when it comes to other people’s time.

Employees are very nice people here. Very personable but the the store is very dirty. I’ll be back but will not bring anything there. Clean up this store guys.

Terrible service from the man so eager to leave for the day!!! Stopped in at 9:20, 10 minutes before they close. Keep in mind the drive through is open until 10! This guy first tells me: um we close in 5 minutes! Then I ordered my drink and I wanted two snowman cookies, HE REFUSED TO SELL ME COOKIES!!! He said oh they’re for tomorrow, for tomorrow!!! What does that mean??? Are they magically cooking in the display case and won’t be ready until morning??? Or did he just fill the case and didn’t want to have to go in the back and get two more to fill the display again??? Whatever the answer, this is being refused service, and ya know what? There’s another Starbucks right up the street that needs business since this one opened and took their business! So go to the nicer location right up the street, I will be from now on!!!

One star is for the drive thru, one star is for the location (close to work).
I am very hip to Starbucks… I’ve been a gold card holder for a while. I love decadence, so I’ve mastered how to order to get just that in my coffee drinks. This location did not deliver…
I asked for light ice, an add shot, and extra caramel the way I order my frappuccinos at my two in the South Bay (and at any Starbucks that has, normally, gotten it right). This drink tastes nothing like a Starbucks drink I’ve ever had. The caramel in the cup is less than what my South Bay ones give me when I don’t ask for extra caramel! It doesn’t taste like extra coffee OR extra sugar! It, actually, tastes like the bottled coffees you get in the grocery store. I don’t like those because they are bland compared to my specified java concoctions.
The customer service left much to be desired. When I was sure to specify the light ice part (because when I don’t, I get a drink with all kinds of ice), the lady said «Yeah — I got it!» When I approached her at the window, no smile, no greeting — she just told me the cost. I smiled and handed her my card and $ 5 (the minimum amount you can reload) and said «Can you please reload the card before charging it? I don’t think I have enough on there.» She replied with «So you want me to reload the card with $ 5?» Ummm — yeah!
In all honesty, I will probably return there early morning since I will be at work all night and I won’t want to get out of the car. Maybe the morning crew will call for a better rating. But, for a location that has only been there for one month (I asked) and paying $ 6 for a drink, I was expecting a lot more…

I came here to get a quick drink at the end of my lunch. I haven’t been in this plaza for awhile due to construction.
Matcha green tea latte: One of my favorite drinks here. This is my boyfriend’s favorite drink now. It’s good hot or iced. They also have a frappucino version. I like getting mine unsweetened. The matcha powder they use is already a little sweet.
I came in when it was pretty empty and ordered. A couple of people came in after me. As I waited for my drink I noticed that other people got their drinks first… and thought maybe there were other people there before me… But after about ten minutes… the barista asked me if I was waiting for a drink and asked me what I had ordered. I guess my order… was lost… somewhere. He apologized and made my drink right away. The girl who rang me up gave me a card for a free drink on my next visit!
I was really surprised with the customer service they showed today. You rarely ever experience that at Starbucks locations.

The only reason why it gets two stars even is because of where it is… Feels totally understaffed I’ve been here EVERYDAY since it’s opened and every single time One of a few things happen
My order is wrong (this has happened everytime).
Or Any time I go inside I have to wait 10+ minutes. Not only that the service is just poor… Not super friendly (not rude but not friendly). For an example I drove up to the window when I was done ordering at the drive through… I pull up and the girl with the head set just starts staring at me. I say «hello?» Not in a rude tone just so I could get her to speak… After I said that she goes
«Uhh payment?» So I hand her my phone she scans and gives back. I kind of felt like I was on the wrong by her tone of voice. But every time I’ve been to a drive through the person says «that’ll be $x please». This time I just a blank stare.
I’ll reluctantly keep coming to the Starbucks just because of the location but I truly hope that it picks up the pace soon or hire/​train more staff

Opened this past Monday so I decided to check it out. Drove thru today and picked up some breakfast. Nothing different as far as their menu and quality are concerned. The main difference is the obvious drive thru. Took a peak inside and the place is very clean and tidy with lots of seating available. The staff were very friendly and speedy with my order.
Nothing more to say other than its great!
