Tips 2 Toes

Recently moved from CA and their prices were outrageous. I had a regular pedi and a gel mani for $ 80. And they charged me $ 25 for a light massage and color change for my 3 year old daughter. $ 105 which is ridiculous. When I left a cash tip because they didn’t accept it on my credit card payment, they asked for more. I have never been to any establishment regardless of the service and been asked to give more tip.
On the pedicure… I told them I had a slight ingrown… not addressed at all. She didn’t even cut my cuticles. The gel manicure almost looks like the hideous «bubble nails» that look alien-​like. She loaded my nailbed with gel to the point that I couldn’t move my fingers… gross. Then I saw one of the employees putting their tools just used on a customer in the disinfecting compartment of a machine not even turned ON then removed it a short time later (within 10 minutes), the exact same dish with tools to use on another customer. After my pedicure they didn’t clean the tub between my service and the next. Filthy establishment. Their color selection was meager. No glitter for my little one and of course they kept asking me questions as to where I was from… so I am thinking the prices stated were partly due from our hometown.
The location, although in a center with ample parking was practically sitting on the rail line. Not relaxing at all.
I would never go back to this place… and now need to find another place for that pesky ingrown that is hurting now. Most everything, across the board, is considerably less than Marin County, but talk about taking advantage!!!

Am new to the area so thought I’d try this place cuz it was close to my home. Very professional and efficient! Had both manicure and pedicure done by the same person (Jane) within an hour and she did a great job, including a short neck massage! Was used to California pricing where there’s a nail place on every corner and you get both for $ 25 so was a little surprised it was $ 50 for both. It was worth it and I’ll go back but wish I had more cash in my wallet to tip better!

A wonderfully executed mani-​pedi. Massages included and even a back rub. The service was polite and kind. The hostess/​owner was also very intuitive. I’m from out of town and would come back if I visited the area again. The place was clean and soothing. And the prices were great for what you want!

This nail salon absolutely rocks. I’ve been coming here for about five years and never had a single problem. I really appreciate the fact that they have never rejected me for a walk-​in. The ladies here are super friendly and very precise with their work. The salon itself is pretty small, so when it gets busy it feels a bit crammed. It’s really no biggie though. The work they do is excellent. Another plus is they always have a movie playing! That’s such a brilliant idea because I don’t know about you ladies, but I think getting my nails done is super boring. I need some entertainment! Anyways, I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a nail salon!

My mom and I come to this place every few weeks to get our nails done, and let me tell you, I can never go anywhere else! The staff is amazing, they are meticulous and strive for perfection when doing your nails. They are incredibly gentle, I had a cut on my finger, she stayed away from it completely! I didn’t even have to ask! To top it all off, their prices are never unreasonable, especially for the quality!
