Do NOT USE. The VJ Killian Lake Forest office has serviced our home since it was built 20 + years ago. Recently it has provided incomplete service for which they were fully paid. Chris refuses to return calls to schedule the needed/​agreed followup service and the items they worked on were only partially repaired and in need of follow up work. In summary the work they did was poor, the post visit service is worse, and the lack of professionalism is stunning. If this is how they treat a 20 + year customer please be wary.
