While I love Jimmy John’s subs, the service at the Lake Geneva branch was terrible. A group of us placed an order for delivery that was over $ 80. They would not make our sandwiches as we asked for them. We had someone who wanted to omit a topping and what did she get? You guessed it, the topping she didn’t want. I had asked for additional toppings to be added (the menu specifically states which ones are free and which ones you need to pay for) and they simply said no we won’t do that. I have been to that store before and had no problems getting the same exact thing but they absolutely refused to make it this time around. What the heck? The person who took our order over the phone was downright rude and we could hear another staff member in the background stating «no, we’re not doing that.» Very poor customer service. We will not order from this location again. Very disappointed.

For a chain, this is a great sub shop. The subs are pretty much the best cold-cuts you can get in Lake Geneva. I prefer their Italian Night Club, which is great. This is my go-to place when I need a sub fix.
