Very bad customer service and deceitful, I explained what type of device I wanted could not see the device until I sign the contract and once signed we open the box and realized it was not the correct color, sales person indicated that if I didn’t like it I was to be charged a disconnect fee, I feel like this was a bad used-car sales experience, I would not go or suggest this location to anybody, I suggest going to a real Verizon store

I’ve done business here for a few years and have purchased a number of phones. Last summer, I purchased two IPhones and was currently on the Straight Talk plan. I switched over to Verizon; we were told there would be no problem keeping the same number. For a week I was without a phone waiting for this to happen. Verizon blamed Straight Talk, and vice a versa. Finally I relinquished the number and received two new ones. I was encouraged to purchase and pay in full the insurance warranty, $ 179.00 per phone. I was told no matter what happens, I will get a replacement. Three months later my son’s phone needed replacement. I called the store and was given the number of the insurance company. What we were not told in the store was the ‘deductible’ would be $ 180.00 for the first claim and then it would increase to $ 219. & tax for the second claim. The poor insurance representative was expecting a battle. She goes through it all the time due to the retailers not informing the customers of this additional charge. I was really angry about it myself and felt taken advantage of. Another disappointment in getting sold a two year plan are the excessive charges from Verizon. The store clerk convinced me that 4G would suffice for a 20 year old and myself. For what I’ve paid in service charges I could have bought IPhones out right by now. Do your homework!
