Bilz Bugz was ordered by my real estate agent to inspect a house (inspection cost $ 125) that I was in the process of purchasing. According to my real estate agent, he only trusted Bilz Bugz cause of the affordability and honesty. The seller had used «Clark’s Pest Control» prior to listing the home for sale. According to «Clark’s Pest Control,» the estimate for replacing the balcony and three column located in front of the house would cost $ 10,000 due to termite damages. The owner was not willing to pay that amount and I started to loose interest of the home. Fortunately, Bilz Bugz estimate was $ 3,000 to $ 4,000. Bilz Bugz reported that only the three column was damaged by termites and there was nothing wrong with the balcony! The owner had no problem paying the amount to repair and 2 months later, I now own a beautiful home with no termite damages present. Thank Bilz Bugz!
