I am just glad the cream cheese nazi is gone. They barely gave enough for half a bagel. Now they have a bunch of young people working there. It’s alright but there’s nothing special about the place. The people that work there aren’t happy.

We came here because we had coupons in the mailer.
The service was lackluster. No excitement, no enjoyment from the staff. Just a lot of apathy and a sense that they’re jaded.
The quality of the bagels is good, but the sandwiches we picked didn’t really add to the whole experience.
I was going to give three stars, but downgraded because I realized I have no intention of coming back.

This is my favorite place for bagels. The service is ALWAYS great. The girls are very friendly. I have been coming here for many years. I never have a problem. The coffee is always good. I went to the one in Schaumburg that was terrible.

Wow — tried this place again. 1pm in the afternoon. NO BAGELS. I mean seriously, how is this place staying in business?

I love this place! Pretzel Bagels are delicious, friendly service, and good coffee (especially the Vanilla Hazelnut). Two thumbs up!

It really is rather amazing and also sad that this place — that has great food– is so horrifically run. It’s like the only bagel place in the area so no doubt people like me keep going by default. There used to be a great Great American Bagel place in Crystal Lake but they closed. Anyway there is ALWAYS A LINE and it moves ungodly slow. And you’ll see like 5 people making sandwiches and wonder how the hell they can possibly be so slow regardless of staff or time if day etc Strange phenomenon indeed. On top of that, when you finally get up to place your order they look at you like they are a droid with absolutely no heartbeat no personality and… they are very robotic at best. A new bagel place could come to this area and CRUSH THEM and I’m guessing all this area wishes someone would. Soon. Like yesterday.

This place has the worst service of any bagel shop I’ve ever been to. I have had horrible service almost every time I visit… yeah, I know, why do I still go there? I will absolutely never go there again after today. I visited and ordered 5 breakfast sandwiches. Because of there history of horrible service I checked the receipt prior to leaving and the order was correct. Upon arriving home I realized that the two garlic bagels were actually everything bagels. Neither my son nor I can stand everything bagels and the location is 3 miles away from my house, so I am not returning to have them fix the problem. I decided to call them to let them know of their incompetence but the phone rang more than 20 times without being answered. My guess is that when the phone rings they are anticipating a complaint… I guess I wouldn’t answer either.
Do yourself a favor and go down the street to Panera if you want timely, accurate service. This place is bad news and the workers should all be fired!

Decent selection of Bagels and assorted munchies. Coffee is ok.

My son loves this place and I can’t blame him, Their bagels are fantastic. The boy is partial to the chocolate chip bagel while I love the spinach florentine. And neither of us can leave without a blackberry lemonade!

Is it me or are the bagel dogs freakin awesome?
