Delicious Thai Curry soup. Spicy and comforting. Tried their new Korean BBQ meatballs(spicy but the meat is dry), and their potstickers. Mmmm!!!

Consistent at this location with flavor and portions. My kids love the mac N cheese, I love that we can all get a little something different when we go. I personally enjoy the penne pasta and the linguine, my boyfriend the pesto cavatappi. They are always updating(I.e. new ‘appetizers’, kids menu options, etc). They still let us order menu items off the old menu that ‘are not available’ anymore… Like the spicy meatball sandwich… Just ask and you shall receive! I like the convenience of this location as well… Close to the theatre which is why we usually stop!

I like noodles and company, but I now avoid this location. It’s always dirty in there. The food isn’t very good either. They barely put any sauce on their pasta. I’ve given this place a few tries. Each time I was disappointed.

Totally incompetent management. Ordered soup. It never came. Asked for soup twice, said it was«warming up». Note that this was the«manager in duty». This went on for 40 minutes. Finally we asked for a refund. Were treated rudely by manager, and offered no apology. First and last time here. Too bad bc the food was pretty good.

I ordered the Indonesian peanut sauce pasta and it was delicious. The service was attentive and friendly. Will definitely come back!

I brought our staff here for lunch and we ordered several entrees to pass around. I’m not kidding you, every single one of them was great! I could not tell you which was my favorite, they were all good. The service was outstanding, the price was reasonable, the atmosphere was very comfortable. We can hardly wait to come back!

This was one of the worst meals I’ve paid for, anywhere. $ 18.00 for two entrée’s that were inferior in taste to a frozen tv dinner. I got the Japanese noodles with marinated steak. The whole dish was dry and tasteless(actually it tasted like soap, really funky). The vegetables weren’t cooked or even warm. The pieces of meat were easy to chew but they lacked all taste and you really couldn’t tell it was meat. My spouse had the beef stroganoff. It was even worse then my entrée. Any tv dinner would have been greatly better! This was dry and sticky with a weird heavy seasoning that was unrecognizable. We could barely eat either entrée and wound up throwing them out, barely touched. I’d never try this location again.

I don’t understand the not so good reviews. I ordered the Pad Thai with Tofu and it was fresh and delicious. The staff was courteous and the location overall was very clean.

Based on reviews of NnC we decided to try it. Should have read the reviews of this location. Ordered the mac n cheese for the kids. It was not creamy so it didn’t stay hot long. After a couple minutes it was cold and mealy. The tomato basil soup tasted like spaghetti sauce with the same consistency… thick. And the Indonesian peanut sauté portion was about 6 bites… no peanuts, no cilantro, no lime wedge. Not exactly what I expected. It was OK but I might try another location some time to see if it’s any better as others state. Oh… and my silverware in the napkin roll had food all over it. Could they not SEE that when they rolled it?

This Noodles is just not good. There’s no other way to put it. Because I work at the Starbucks in the same strip, I come here somewhat frequently, but it just does not even compare to other locations. My usual dish is the Penne Rosa, which is delicious at their other stores. But here, it’s just not good. The one I got tonight was undersized, the sauce wasn’t cooked on at all, there were almost no veggies, and the noodles were over-cooked and gummy. How can you have bad noodles at a place called Noodles? But, all that being said, they’re not always awful. Occasionally, I do get food at the level of quality I expect at any other Noodles location, but it’s very rare. You’re better off going at a busy time because it seems like they put more effort in then. So really, just beware, and don’t expect anything great.

First of all, let me just tell you Noodles and Company is one of my favorite chain restraurants. The food is really good and its a great value. I have been to several locations throughout the country and its always a great experience. This is the first time I have been to a location that I thought sucked. The place was kind of dirty, the bathroom was definatly not on par. Also my fork that they gave me had food on it! Customer service kind of sucked too. This place needs a lot of help.

Compared to other Noodles locations, this one isn’t the best. My favourite is in Schaumburg off Golf road because for whatever reason it’s much more enjoyable there and always comes prepared perfectly. So far I’ve tried the Med Salad, Mac and Cheese, and Penne Rosa; all I would definitely get again

I had the Indonesian peanut sauté which was really flavorful. It’s a dish I would eat again. The problem is that the team here was rude and impatient. I took a little longer to decide on my meal, and it resulted in an annoyed facial expression and a tone of sarcasm at the register. I have never been a fan of Noodles & Co, but I come here when others choose the place. While the food may taste good, the prices are just way too high, and the staff at this location seem apathetic. I hope no one asks me to go there again.

The food is pretty good, and the staff is friendly. However this place is always filthy. Soda is spilled everywhere. The floor is seriously sticky. There is food thrown around. On the tables and chairs. It’s disgusting. Stick to takeout.

First time I went here, the entire wing of booths was covered in dirty dishes while the staff of 4 or so employees stood in the back. After we finished our meal, the dishes were still there. Came back a second time a week or so later and several booths had dishes on them again. The restaurant was not very busy at all. I know most of the employees are just kids, but for this to happen twice was pretty surprising. Particularly given the price of the food. Thought the food was good and I personally had no problem with the pop machine, but dirty dishes covering the tables for extended periods of time is a bad look.

Had the WIsco Cheese Steak Sandwich, it was really good. However, the soda is awful because they must not filter the water. It smells awful and so does the ice. Get a bottled drink. Our daughter & her husband got the Mac & Cheese and it didn’t have very much cheese on the Mac. Oh, and by the way the last time I was here I ordered the Mushroom Stroganoff with beef and didn’t get the beef! I told the guy at the counter three times. It was take out and didn’t find out until I got home. I know this place can do better. Please try !!

I LOVENOODLES(when I lived in Chicago I pretty much ate at the Lakeview location every week) but this location needs some serious work. First, the pop. They have one of those cool Freestyle machines where you can make different combinations or whatever; it’s neat. The problem is they use awful water that apparently isn’t filtered in any way because it tasted like the bottom of a well. It was ridiculously sulfurous and stinky. I honestly could not drink my Diet Coke and had it exchanged for a bottled root beer from behind the counter. Second, the noodles. The elbow mac was appropriately al dente but my macaroni and cheese was missing a key ingredient: cheese. You can’t skimp on the cheese in macaroni and cheese. It’s, like, half the dish. I still love my Noodles but I will be visiting one of their many, many other Chicagoland locations the next time I need some cheesy carby goodness.

Have been eating at Noodles for several years now and have always loved it. Lately, this location, along with the one in Crystal Lake, have been terrible. Yesterday, I ordered Japanese Pan Noodles with Steak, Pot Stickers, and flat bread. When I ordered the pan noodles, I asked that they make sure it wasn’t dry because the last time I was there, it was. She told me I could order it with extra sauce, so I did and she charged me extra for it. When I got the order home, I opened the container to find that they didn’t just forget the extra sauce, ITWASDRIERTHANTHELASTTIME!!! It was so dry that there wasn’t a single drop of sauce in the bottom of the bowl. There were a grand total of 4 pieces of broccoli and an equal amount of carrots. It was basically a bowl of dry, unseasoned noodles. The steak was like shoe leather, too. It was completely inedible. Next was the pot stickers… They were torn apart and dumped in a pile with a couple big hunks of cabbage. Not real nice. Finally, I grab the flat bread which was soft and pretty good. Well, about 90% of it was; the rest was hard as a rock. When I spend $ 35(for 3 of us), I expect more than that. This place used to be really good, but now they just don’t care, and that’s sad.

Noodles & Co never lets me down. This time I just had to order the Wisconsin mac and cheese that all my friends were telling me about, and Im so glad I did!!! It was probably some ofthe best mac and cheese that I’ve ever had. SUPER cheesey noodles and you dont feel cheated by the amount. I got the large portion and split it with my Grandma and we were both stuffed when we were done eating. Cant wait to try something new next time!
