Always consistent, the 2 for $ 20 deal is a great value. Service is always good here. I am not always happy at corporate for taking some things off of menu. They had a blackened catfish that was once on menu that was really good. They took the Caribbean Pita off as well. They once had fried catfish as well. The fried chicken strips are always good though.

Steak was Excellent and cooked to perfection. Loved the loaded mashed potatoes. Great customer service by Angela! We got the 2 for $ 20 and tableside guacamole, which was delicious.

Really like the 2 for $ 20 here. I like that the steaks are well seasoned and the asparagus with garlic roasted tomatoes and citrus chili rice are amazing. I am impressed with the customer service as well as the quality of food.

Food is everything salads here are not fresh, burgers were great but where we’re the jalapeños we requested. The waitress seemed rushed like maybe it was her time to bail. She did not tell us about the great special which ultimately messes up her tip. We didn’t get a tip…

THREEDRINKMAXIMUM! If you like to have more than three drinks, doesn’t matter what it is you will not be allowed due to their policy! Don’t go here!

The worst food and service in Lake Jackson. There was also some stuff in one of my drinks and I’m pretty sure they were skimping on the alcohol. The waite staff constantly disappear for long periods of time. Salad was wilted and had a very strange taste to it. Never had a problem with the taste at any other chillis. Really I am just not impressed with anything on the menu. Have eaten at this one 4 times, don’t know why. I regret it very time. I will not be going back.

Visited this Chili’s location 3~4 years ago. Had a nice dinner with colleague. We all had a severe stomachache that night and stayed up in restroom all night. Never went back to any Chili’s since. Yes it happened few years ago, but I never forgot it.

I haven’t been to this Chili’s in years. Like most Chili’s, they’ve now got the touch-screen Ziosk things at the tables which allow you to close and split your tab at the table or pay $ 0.99 to play games. Some people love these things but I find them to be a huge distraction, flashing in your face while you eat… someone with epilepsy could risk seizures from these things. As well, I’m not comfortable with that supposedly non-functional camera above the screen pointing at me the entire time nor am I comfortable with swiping my credit card through a Wifi device. I’ve found the Ziosks to cause servers to pay less attention to their guests. In a nutshell, I hate these things and wish they weren’t here or in any restaurant. I could get behind a constitutional amendment banning the Ziosk. Write your congressman. Seriously, though, I had the server take it away from the table and she happily obliged. And what’s the deal with everyone in the restaurant wearing secret-service style earpieces and microphones? Talk about creepy! That’s it for the bad though. We were promptly seated by the host in a rather comfy booth. Our server was really good! Drinks were promptly refilled and she accommodated our every request. As far as Chili’s go, this one is much improved over the last time I went here years ago. There are plenty of televisions around and the food is standard Chili’s fare, consistent with most other Chili’s restaurants. This place was awful when it opened in the late 1990’s and I avoided it for years. I’m glad I went back. The facility was clean and in-order. With the new BW3 next door, I’d imagine this place took quite a hit, as traffic was light for a Saturday night. This town amazes me at how they’ll abandon every other restaurant in town the second a new one opens. It’s almost comical, but such is the nature of bovine Lake Jackson. What goes around comes around. All in all, Chili’s is a worthy option for a chain restaurant in Lake Jackson. The people around here LOVE their chain restaurants and this one is up to par.

Good food, nice attentive waiters. My 9 years olds favorite place to eat. Good for groups or even if you all by your lonesome, lol. Good happy hour drinks as well!

Luv the new menu changes! We’ve eaten in and tonight we got Chili’s to go. Great food and great service both times. Glad to have another favorite place in Lake Jackson.

This place has really been going downhill fast over the past 2 years, at least. In these past years I’ve had a lot of problems with poor service in the restaurant & cold food being served. Tonight my big problem was when we ordered to go, we noticed at the car that they forgot the queso salsa and chips. Then when we got home to eat our fajitas, I couldn’t because, not only did We both order extra tortillas for each order, there were no tortillas at all. We called back to see if we were charged extra for something we never got and we were completely dissatisfied with the customer service. Probably won’t be eating here for a while, I liked their margaritas, but I can find good drinks somewhere else, where I can eat good food along with it.

Mediocre at best, great margaritas food is a little bland for my liking. I had a great waitress but I feel that the food could have been better.

Typically, I think of Chili’s as one of the American standard restaurants, a solid three stars anywhere in the US. Unfortunately, the closest to American standard this Chili’s gets is the brand of toilet called«American Standard». The quality of this Chili’s has declined in the past 6 years. Frankly, Lake Jackson and Clute have many other, better places to eat. You’re already on the right website to find one. Do so. You won’t be impressed at this Chili’s.

The food is good, for a chain restaurant, I love the Avocado Ranch dressing, but if you are on your lunch(or dinner) hour, don’t go — you will surely be late back to work. It generally takes forever to have your order taken, and then get your food. I often would get the soup and salad lunch, which you would think would be a quick lunch. Think again. The servers are always nice, I don’t know what the hold up is. I will say this for them, they will accommodate special needs, as I was on an all liquid diet once and they blended up the enchilada soup for me so I could eat it. Another restaurant I called refused, they tried to tell me they had no way to do that… really? A restaurant with no food processor? Don’t think so. As a result Chili’s has my loyalty, I just don’t go when I am in a hurry!

You will most likely be disappointed. The management here has never had their ducks in a row. From bad bar service to cold food. Don’t waste your time.

The server was cool. Even with the large party, she was attentive and kept the refills coming. I’ve never tried, but if I ever tried drinking toilet water, I now have an idea of what that may taste like. The tap water in this area is AWFUL!!! Even tons and tons of lemon couldn’t help the water here. Which seems about right since how many lemons could make toilet water taste decent? My advice is to folk out couple of bucks and get a pop.
