Hibachi Buffet

LOVE THIS PLACE! The food is always so good and the lunch special is 7.99!!!
You can’t beat that!

This place has been updated and renovated! The place was packed on New Years Day… only $ 9.99 for the buffet which included salads, hot foods, cold foods, sushi, hibachi, and deserts. The staff was very attentive and quick to clean the plates from the table. Overall a pleasant experience. I think I found my Chinese food spot in Tampa! Will be returning soon to see if it keeps current standing.

Very unpleasantly suprised Tonite at the hibachi grill on fletcher in tampa — I have been to this place on several occasions mostly for lunch buffet and have never had bad food actually thought food was fresh, Tonite however this was not the case. Went with my friend and his two young boys they can really eat. But for some reason when we all went for the food it all seemed old maybe not fresh looking and some selections were
Low and not being refilled — and note that we were not there an hour before closing. Despite the food looking a little weak we all decide to make do with what they had and sat down once the boys started to eat they immediately didn’t like the flavor of food etc — they barely could eat even just a few bites — egg roll was overcooked and tasted funny the chicken wing that one of the boys ate was
All dried out and tasteless. We sent the boys to the pizza
Place next door so they would actually be able to eat ! We explained to manager the situation and they replied very rudely and would not even listen to what we were
Trying to say — basiclly they said wether you eat the ice cream or one chicken wing you get the buffet price — we were simply trying to get refund for the kids food they would not so be careful if you go make certain the food looks like it was cooked Tonite as opposed to lunchtime — I myself will never return mostly due to the way we were treated, which was very rudely !

Went for the first time for lunch, paid $ 8 for the buffet.
Clean large and open environment. Better than alot of the cramped dark Chinese buffets that are much more common and usually end in food poisoning. The food quality was above average for a buffet and everything I saw at the time was clean. The food was hot and seemed to be rotated in between my trips to the spread. Sushi was decent as well. Our server was on top of the drinks making sure our cups never ran empty. All in all for the price and quality of food I’d say its the best bang for your buck if you are looking for a Chinese buffet to pig out at.

At the top of lunch the food was cold the service was slow sadly the only thing good was the tea I was there a hole 30 min. And left unhappy

My wife and I went to this restaurant on a Saturday afternoon around 3:30 pm, the price was $ 13 dollars per person so it is really appealing but I will tell you that you are getting here what you are paying for, food is ok, service is good, place looked clean.
I recommend this place only if you want to eat out and you are running low in your budget but definitely no for a fancy dinner or for a date.
Unfortunately we won’t be coming back, don’t get me wrong I don’t have complaints, it has to do with the food that was just plain ok.

Mediocre at best. Overcooked honey chicken, film settling on the soups, and crab legs looked extremely picked over. I attempted to wait it out until fresh ones were placed on the buffet but after 30 mins, gave up.

Good classic Chinese buffet. Best thing about it is the free all you can eat sushi. They have all the classic Chinese Buffett dishes, including ice cream. The price is reasonable, just don’t order a drink or go during lunch ours.

Mediocre at best. Went to Hibachi Grill on a Friday night around 7:30PM. Most of the hot food was overcooked. The chicken in any dish chewy and crunchy at the same time. 95 percent of the sushi contained imitation crab, and was overpacked with rice. The dumpling sauce was straight soy sauce, with a few scallions… Very salty. The drinks are filled to the brim with ice; this equals a watery drink, and the server was called to the table every 9 minutes. It was aggravating. Finally, I went to settle up with the restaurant owner, and he had the the nerve to tell me that my part of the bill was 16.95 !! What?! I did not eat any crab. This meal, at best, was worth around $ 7.95
I know there are others that have given positive reviews on this restaurant. We
must be reviewing two different places. The atmosphere was nice, the chairs were stiff, and the food was terrible!

Its cheap and edible. Its good for what it is. Don’t expect the world and you will leave satisfied. I would come back again for a cheap quick lunch.

Hands down the best DINNER buffet in Tampa. This hidden gem has an amazing dinner buffet including Crab Legs, salt & Pepper Shrimp, Crab & Frogs Legs. Their Sushi & Hibachi stations have a great variety of choices.
This is my new FAVORITE buffet, decimating my old favorite Crazy Buffet!!!

If you like an Asian buffet with a million choices then this place is for you. The dinner buffet runs around $ 14 for everything. They do have crab legs and a hibachi grill that you can pick from a bunch of ingredients. There is also a sushi bar that is decent. The buffet features a lot of fried food and things like ginger chicken, coconut chicken, craw fish, cat on a stick, sweet and sour chicken and every other kind of chicken you can think of. They also have a fruit and dessert bar and an ice cream freezer. I am giving it 4 stars because while they do have everything under the sun there is room for improvement. The dishes are good for pigging out on but are not great. I am not a fan of buffets like this but Hibachi does a good job at running their buffet. Check it out with a group as it is not too pricey.

you know, I used to like this buffet and all you can eat sushi style restaurant but, since not coming to this place for a while and going tonight, It was not satisfying at all and very disappointing. the sushi was sitting for a while, the food was the same. the waitress was ok at first but never came to fill up the drinks. I had to shake it or get another waiter to refill it. I had gotten the check from another waiter and signed it and gave whoever an ok tip what I think it was worth, and before I could get up the waitress grabbed the check book and opened it. gave a mad grin, didn’t say anything in English anymore and started talking in Chinese madly to another waiter. so no not enjoyable time here tonight. it seems like it’s slowly going downhill.
