Back in 2000, I had a Bells Palsy experience. Very scary. Could be permanent. Half of my face was no longer working. I went to him for help and advise. From the moment he walked in the room, he seemed to be bothered that I was there and that anybody would seem to have a concern over Bells Palsy. It’s like seeing somebody with Bells Palsy was beneath him or something. I was less than impressed. I scheduled an appointment with another doctor right after I left. I was hoping his bedside manner would have improved, but seeing other reviews that mention similar experiences show that it hasn’t. Don’t support this behavior.

My baby needed ear tubes & we went to Dr. Branch twice. Both times he was rough with my baby boy and when the baby would cry, he seemed very aggravated and impatient. Just very unkind with a horrible bedside manner. He seemed as though I was an inconvenience and he had better things to be doing. When I asked questions, he treated me smugly as if my questions were stupid. His answers were always short and condescending. We left his practice after our second visit and went to Atlantic ENT. Amazing experience there & highly recommended. I also recently found out a relative of mine also used Dr. Branch and had a bad experience as well. Save yourself the experience of being treated poorly by this Dr. And find someone else. He has a 3 star rating on another health rating system and I’m shocked only one person on Unilocal has rated him so far.

Worst personality of a doctor I’ve ever experienced! He acted like it was a bother for me to be there. He also acted as if I should diagnose myself. Terrible experience.
