Do not call them. Worst customer service. They leave you on hold and do not bother coming back. I will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered the Hawaiian Luau with no bacon. They sent a pizza with bacon and no pineapples. When we called they said that they would send out a replacement. 5 minutes later they called back to let me know that their manager «made your pizza personally and she said she made it correctly so we will not be sending out a replacement.» I then asked to talk to the manager, Brittany, who told me that she made it correctly. After asking her how I got the incorrect pizza she told me that she made it right and she would send me a new pizza only if I sent the old pizza back as proof!

Reliable, consistent quality and fast for pick-​up orders. Sometimes it takes a bit of patience with the folks in the order line though. I have found their online process to be a bit cumbersome too.

Altamonte Springs, FL
Quick, easy, awesome. I called in and they said 15 minutes and we arrived ten minutes later and the food was hot and ready. Maybe that’s just a normal Pizza Hut experience. I just recommend this one.
