front of me and the clerk then informed me I needed to go to end of line… done with Starbucks

There isn’t really much to say, because I feel like most people should know what they can expect when they go to Starbucks. The drink selection is wide and you can customize most anything. The price is a dollar or two more than other places, but, that’s why we make Starbucks a once or twice a week treat to ourselves. This location is small and has a small parking lot, but for the amount of business it does, it seems appropriate. The staff is pretty friendly as well. All and all, we’ve had no bad experiences here.

Never had bad service here. the employees are friendly and helpful when you need help with the menu.

Starbucks is what it is. I can go anywhere and, if trained properly, the drinks are consistent. BUT, I’ve been to many a Starbucks in multiple states and I must say, insofar as cleanliness is concerned, this one may be among the worst I’ve seen. The restroom had no toilet tissue (for us ladies, that’s a must), and no paper towels as an alternative. The floors in the restroom were dirty, and the counter tops were filthy! No to mention, like everyone else did, that there is no drive through and the parking situation is terrible — very small parking lot for several businesses to share.

This place takes foooorrreeevvvverrrrr to get your order. No joke, don’t go to this Starbucks unless you have half an hour to wait.

Friendly and efficient staff. If you are looking for an awesome starbucks, this is the place.

We usually frequent the Mt Dora Starbucks (which is fantastic) but we were in the Lake Mary area and decided on a iced coffee. This location appears to be an extremely busy location so maybe it was just a rare day to find the establishment less than desirable All three visible garbage repositories were overflowing and people were placing trash next to them on the floor. The self-​serve condiment area was in need of attention as well as the restrooms. Hopefully it was just a busy day!

Longest line and longest wait for coffee I’ve ever experienced in a Starbucks, and not because the employees weren’t busting their butts trying to get everything out. This is the only Starbucks in an extremely dense area and clearly cannot keep up with the demand. There are also not enough parking spaces to accommodate customers. Terrible. Build another one!

Just saw that unfortunately this was happening to another user as well. Today I was literally charged
for nothing. I said can I please have water with two scoops of matcha and cream. «Oh but that is a special drink we need to charge you full price» hmm okay so let’s break this apart and try again. Yes can I please have a green tea? Sure, that will be 3.00. Okay can you please add two scoops of matcha to that? Sure, 80 more cents please. Okay actually I’ll just take the matcha. So 80 cents right? BARISTA MANAGER MIND BLOWN. «wait what!!! IS THIS YOU WANT TO ACTUALLY ONLY PAY FOR WHAT YOURE RECEIVING?!» Yes, give me my water and matcha and I’ll put my own cream in the drink with the cream provided in the lobby you can keep your green tea and I’ll keep the bogus 3.00 you just tried charging me. Whoever is managing this place needs to see if barneys coffee is hiring because this is disgraceful to consumers and the Starbucks name. Smh.

my recent experience at this location is forcing me to question whether or not I should continue going. I’ve been ordering an ice water with 2 scoops of Matcha for years, and never paid more than 87 cents. I go in today and they forced me to pay for a tea (which I didn’t get) plus the additives. It was robbery in plain sight… Next time I’ll make the drive to Panera for my tea. Smh

Very overcrowded. They need to acquire the space next door.
Additionally, DO NOT come to this starbucks if you like MATCHA scoops in your Iced Water. You WILL significantly over charged. (compared to any one of the other 21,366 starbucks locations.)

Flipping crazy busy in the morning with no parking and no drive thru. It’s almost like Starbucks has the best business plan ever… But I would suggest branching out another location that is open near by with early hours… Just saying… I won’t be coming back out this way. But the coffee was as always… Great.

Friendly Baristas but this place is too small. Parking is less than adequate. They need a better location to expand.

Nothing bad here during my visit to this coffee Mecca except the park lot it is absolutely ridiculous. I didn’t count the spaces because that would be ridiculous but there aren’t many and there is not need to drive around the back of the building navigating that maze is also ridiculous lol.
I must compliment the staff here they did an excellent job getting my order to me, it was perfect and fast. I deducted a star for the parking situation the city engineers and engineering firm who designed this matchbox should be embarrassed. This is Lake Mary maybe they could consider valet parking well maybe not that’s a little ridiculous as well although it would be better than searching for that space that doesn’t exist.

This Starbucks… uuuggghhh.
In your quest to get a decent cup of joe to energize your morning routine, the last thing you want is a parking lot FULL of cars, and having to park out back where you have to walk a block to get your coffee.
Want to know what’s even suckier than that? Ordering a pumpkin loaf, paying for it, being told that they don’t have it, and then told that you just will have to choose an alternate bakery item. Ummmm… come again?
Nothing like, «Oh my gosh, I’m so sorry we ran out of that item and I forgot to tell you before I took your money, how about I make it up to you somehow?»
Or, «Oops, my bad. I should have realized we were out of that item. How about I refund you?»
Or, «Oh man, I can’t believe I had a brain fart, but we are out of that pumpkin loaf you just ordered. Would you like a refund or a rain check?»
You know, any of the above 3 would have been totally cool, but no.
Effing jerks. Thanks for making me regret my hike from my parking spot to your store so I could be under-​appreciated as a customer. Way to be a genius on your customer service. At least the coffee and lemon icing thingy tasted good.
Glad I don’t have to frequent this side of town much… and when I am back in the neighborhood, I’ll settle for the next coffee option, even if it is shitty diner coffee.

I did return, but the line was longer than the day before! And I arrived at 6:30 am. They need some help!

Not sure where to start. This is probably the worst Starbucks location I’ve seen. Bad entrance to the location, about 20 parking spaces to be shared with 3 other business including a Walgreens.
Slow service… mixed (messed) up orders… I rather go to the location at the SuperTarget in Sanford or the location on SR-​434 in Longwood than stopping here.

I thought I’d try their Pumpkin spice latte, seeing how it’s SO popular, and ’tis the season. Bad move.
As with a lot of the SBUX drinks, this one is no exception in terms of bad calories through fat and sugars, even when you turn down the whipped topping. I asked about the added sugar, at which, the barista kindly offer to downplay the sugar.
If that was the case, I’d hate to think how sweet the ‘real’ one would have been. As someone who drinks his coffee sans sweetener, added sweetness just doesn’t sit well with me. This one was egregiously sweet. Worse, it was really more a ‘pumpkin’ latte than a ‘pumpkin spice’ latte. Cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger were well camouflaged or non-​existent. There is a bit of pumpkin taste to it — how, I cannot tell, as clearly they’re not going to be Smashing Pumpkins to make this latte. The APPEARANCE of pumpkin was from artificial colors. While I would not go as far as to fall into the alarmists’ camp and claim these are toxic (which Snopes debunked, here:
), this is just not something I’d spring $ 4.65 on any time soon.
P. S. To add insult to injury, my ‘free’ birthday drink was, well, not free when I checked my card balance. This is why I’m not in the camp of SBUX afficionadi.

Great service I would recommend anyone to go there. Try the green tea frappé it’s so delicious!

Nice Starbucks, great service. Got my 1^st PSL of the season here, not too sweet and made to the very exacting way I ordered it. (½ caff, extra shot decaf, soy, foam-​no whip). Kudos! Quick in and out.
Worst parking lot ever, though. Worst. It’s awful. Happily, I usually can manage to luck into a spot.
