Dunkin’ Donuts

When the business says they close at 11 and lock you out at 10:52 pm I will not give them a second chance. None customer lost!

Went here for ice cream and they didn’t have waffle cones. I had to repeat the flavor I wanted three times because the lady serving me kept trying to give me the wrong flavor. She seemed annoyed that I corrected her, sorry I just want to pick the flavor of my ice cream and not have you be rude about it.
Overall the inside looked unclean, and the staff was rude. I would not recommend coming to this location.

I have been visiting this location for the last month. The team has definitely changed for the better. The service time, especially in the early morning, is getting shorter — that’s a great plus considering the holiday rush. I’ve noticed a greater emphasis on drive thru vs counter service but that’s part of the fast food industry bias — hopefully, counter service will get better.
Thanks to the team for making the visits pleasant.

This is my first bad review I have ever written for anyone and I’m not the type to do so even if I had a bad experience; however, this is warranted and necessary because of the REPEATED issues that happen EVRY TIME I go there. It is a joke now between my husband and I and we play a game where we guess what they will be out of this time. Although it is not funny.
Every time we go there through the drive thru they are out of something. The item they are out of every time (and I swear they like stopped carrying it lol) is mint chocolate chip ice cream. EVERY time! I can understand once or twice but every time? Then each time when I go to pick another flavor they more than likely don’t have it either and it comes down to me saying «Ok, what DO you have?» Then I go to order my toppings. Normally I do hot fudge, whip cream, nuts and a cherry. Typical toppings and more than likely the most popular as well. Again MOST of the time they are out of hot fudge. Really? Isn’t that like a staple of an ice cream place? So this last time I go and order my usual two scoop sundae consisting of mint chocolate chip, chocolate chip, hot fudge whip cream nuts and a cherry they proceed to tell me they are out of Mint chip and hot fudge. OF COURSE THEY ARE LOL! So then I make a change to the ice cream and decide I will do caramel topping instead. But the girl tells me they are out of caramel as well. They honestly know me at this place now because before I could order the hot fudge they proceeded to tell me the last two times they were out of it as well. If you find that you are repeatedly out of a certain item wouldn’t you order more and beef up the order so as to not piss off your faithful clients? The worst part of it is that they never have said they are sorry for the issues and inconvenience.

This location is exceptionally bad at what they do. They’re usually out of different flavors whether it’s coffee or ice cream. The drive-​through is super tiny and overly cramped a lot of the time. More than half the time the associates don’t get the order right and it doesn’t matter if you go through the drive-​through or come inside to place the order. It’s usually just a screwed up order because the people who work there appear as if they are not paying any attention at all. Most of the staff seem just genuinely surly. I really don’t like this place. I’m not going to torture myself and go back again. It’s a shame to see such a big chain with such poor service.

This place just cannot get it together. Plastic pieces in my coolatta and I wasn’t even offered a refund! Of course I don’t want another one!
The amount of time it takes to get through to only get an incorrect order is astounding. Wrong type of milk, wrong sweetener, wrong temperature. Whatever you ask for, they give you the opposite!
I now was a $ 15 gift card to DD that I have no use for anymore.
Go to Starbucks. Even with their ridiculous parking, they are at least able to make your order correctly.

On our way home from Orlando and stopped by this place for some ice cream! We were 7 people and the person who took care of us was patient to take us all. Everyone had something different and he did it all. Kudos to him.
I had the 2 scoop brownie with chocolate Oreo and regular Oreo ice cream with whipped cream and strawberries. I was very satisfied and would like to stop by again when I head down to visit. The place was clean and lots of varieties of ice creams. Even the ice cream cakes look appetizing.

Poopy. This is not a great Dunkin’ Donuts! Service is always slow, employees seem sassy and unhappy. Lots of donuts were empty when I went. Every time that I’ve stopped by it’s been busy. I agree with other reviewers, this spot could use a could scrub down. Not the cleanest DD. In my opinion, keep driving 10 minutes down Lake Mary Blvd and go to the DD in Sanford!

LOVE this location. They’re always so nice when I come in and are pretty quick with service as well. Big shout out to Sebastian and Jake for their excellent service!!!

a great cup of coffee, and quick drive threw. the lunch menu keeps me coming back, best bang for the buck. way better than the clowns, red heads or the kings.

First time at this particular Dunking donuts and I came here to see if the pumpkin lattes are better then the ones at Starbucks, and yes they are.
Bought two lattes and four donuts for $ 9 bucks witch sounds reasonable to me.
Service is okay but slow, I think Starbucks has a quicker method of getting people in and out quicker while here one person takes order and makes your order leaving people to wait for another associate to help you. The drive thru line was long about 7 cars deep and the inside line was almost out the door.
I would only give this business three stars for lack of associate interaction, the guy that took my order was not as friendly and it took a little while to get my two lattes.
Coffee here is delicious but the wait sucks and services is ah okay.

What can you say that hasn’t been said? Tasty, affordable delicious pillows of sugary goodness. They also have some darn fine coffee also! Occasionally I’ll treat the office to some donuts, They always package it up so nicely so that it’s easy to carry. Tip: Don’t go through the mile long drive through on a Friday morning, Just go inside, there are no lines there! ;-)

The slowest DD on the planet.

They gave me 5 hashbrowns!!! I’m going to chick fil a from now on… they don’t skimp on the hash browns.

My first visit was with my parents. My dad ordered a milkshake, mom ordered a small cone, and I ordered their equivalent of a blizzard with Heath bar, something called a 31 below. They made us pay before the order was complete and the guy at the register had no idea what a 31 below was. After some back and forth, they ultimately charged it as a soft serve. Fine…
Mom’s cone was easy enough, but the girl waiting on us didn’t know how to make the milkshake and no one else working would help her. She ultimately figured it out and then moved on to my order, only to find out they were out of Heath bar. I didn’t really care for any of the other mix ins, so I just got a scoop of ice cream instead. Keep in mind, we had already paid…
After we finally made it out of there, we decided to «enjoy» our ice cream at the tables outside. No sooner did we sit down, when several employees came out for a smoke break and bitch session about their jobs. NOT enjoyable.
Just went back today for a single donut (I have a gift card to use up…) I ordered a marble frosted donut and didn’t pay attention when the girl was bagging it as I was digging around in my purse for the gift card. Got home and discovered a (I’m guessing) maple donut. Yuck! Never going back!!!

Best customer service of any D&D; and being from Northeast I’ve been to a few.
Tip: it gets busy, drive-​thru or walk in.

This is my very first review for a Dukin Donuts. Stopped here on the way back home from a long day of meetings, as I needed coffee for the two hour ride home. This location was clean and they got my simple latte order correct, however, the ordering was chaotic. Granted they had customers in the store, but they had so many people at the register all asking what was my order. Yikes, I never thought I would ever complain about too many people at the register. Anyway, they got the order right and the staff was very friendly.
One last tip about this location. It is very hard to navigate to the location during rush hour traffic. I almost gave up on getting coffee!

I’m sticking with the status quo and giving this location a 3-​star review (there are 4 other reviews and each of them resulted in 3 stars). The coffee here is good and the customer service, in my experience, also has been. I’m not sure if he still works here, but a few years back there was a younger guy who saw me so often that he always knew what I wanted before I asked. I didn’t have to wait in line for very long, if at all, when he saw me and helped me out.
The main problem with this location is, as Rosie P. mentioned, the traffic. The drive-​through is almost unnavigable. It sometimes can be tough to get into if the traffic in this shopping plaza is bad or if there are questionable drivers around. I tried the drive-​through maybe 2 – 3 times a while back and, while everything came out as expected/​ordered, it just seemed like a hassle. I probably have been here 50 times over the years and I’d guess that I just parked and went inside during 47 of said visits. The few in the drive-​through were a little tedious due to the time/​busyness and I also didn’t like the drive-​through set-​up. So, avoid it if you can.
I’ve been to better DD locations and have given those 4-​star reviews, I think, so this one gets a 3, which seems appropriate. Other Unilocalers seem to be with me on that.

I have a love hate relationship with this dunkin’ Donuts. Their coffee is some of the best around, always hot and always fresh no matter what time of the day or night, and it’s super cheap. The donuts on the other hand are a different story. I’ve had more bad donuts than good, and some quite horrible ones. I had a powderded donut so dry that I seriously think it had been sitting out for at least a week. I think it’s safe to get donuts early in the morning, after that it’s a game of chance.

This is my favorite coffee place. I don’t eat donuts, but I buy packs of coffee to take home.
