Dunkin’ Donuts

Horrible location! Go to Starbucks instead. They can’t seem to toast a bagel, they only put cream cheese on 1 side. They forgot to put sugar in coffee. Buch of incompetence

The black gay gentalman that waited on me was very nice. He made my day much better. Thank you!

Came in for ice cream and they barely had any flavors from the top 5 I usually get. They were out of pralines and cream, cookies and cream, mint chocolate chip.

Continually a disappointment. Asked to speak to area director — was told by a pink shirted employee that they no longer have an area director.
I have never ordered cream in any coffee (lactose intolerant) and no matter how I order I always get cream. Both drive thru and inside.
Staff is almost always rude. Used to be a frequent stop out of convienience — will be going to wawa everyday now when they open up.
Stay away from this DD at all costs.

Dunkin is always busy… i get that part… just can’t take the bad attitude ftom the employees in drive through.

Horrible service people at the drive through can not get your order right they try to rush you and speak over you! Wish I could put no stars

I did some shopping at BJ’s and I had a craving for a coffee so I figured what the hell… D.D. here I come.
I ordered my coffee and gave the girl my survey asking if I could have a Pumpkin Muffin (god they looked so good) instead of a donut. She smiled and said sure.
I started to walk towards the door figuring I’d drink my coffee on the way home and save the muffin for later but at the last minute I decided to have it there. I sat down taking the window seat so I could watch things outside. Yeah, yeah people watching amuses me. Well all b.s. aside I have to tell you this was the best coffee I’ve had at a D.D. In a long, long time. It reminded me of the coffee we made at D.D. Back home. Back then I would regularly check the coffee grind against the sample provided by Corporate. The size and weight of the grind along with the perfect water temp always assured the perfect cup of coffee. Who knows what goes on now a days.
Let me just say to the Manager of this D.D. … Thank You!!!

A++ customer service! This Dunkin’ is GREAT. I have never met such cheerful employees (especially at 6 am). Once I went in close to closing time and got a dozen donuts for free! It is always clean, too. Sadly, I realized this Dunkin is a rare gem. Lake Mary Blvd Dunkin is terrible compared to this one. Worth the drive, expect hot coffee and smile :)

To be excellent, a Dunkin’ Donuts must be fast, it must be clean, the staff must be able to take an order and fill it accurately, it must have a complete selection of donuts, and the parking lot should be roomy enough for a drive through and walk-​in customers.
This DD has all of that, with the exception that in the morning the drive through backs up enough to block access to the parking lot. I don’t understand the laziness of folks who can’t get out of their cars to walk in, when that means that they get their order so much faster.
My turkey sausage flatbread was excellent, my extra large coffee with two creams and one sugar was good and my boston kreme donut (oops) was fresh and soft. They only didn’t put a napkin in the bag. And by the time I had gotten my food, the person who was pulled in ahead of me still had two cars ahead of her to go!

While visiting family nearby, this spot was close to our hotel. Everything we ordered was fast, hot, and served to us via polite and friendly staff. Never had an issue with any item off the menu and my wife is borderline addicted to their coffee.
