Starbucks

The people are very nice and friendly. Half the time I can order and get through the drive thru in under 10 minutes. Save the fancy orders for another day. This Starbucks is really good at plain coffee and are always able to add a splash of cream or sugar if you ask nicely.
They don’t have a clover press in case that’s your thing.

Went through the drive thru last week before I went to work and I was already pressed on time. I ordered my custom coffee drink, but forgot my added espresso! I asked the girl at the window if she could add one and they were more than happy to do so. She even kept up with small talk, asking how my day was and such. I really appreciate their kindness throughout. Would definitely go again!

Always pleasant, even customers often treat the next un line (esp. during Christmas season!). Special orders nicely done.

Here’s another example of a place that is always busy because it’s the only one around, not because it’s great. Orders come out pretty slowly on a consistent basis, even when it’s not a particularly busy time.
My breakfast sandwich is frozen in the middle 4 out of 5 times, and the 5^th time it’s volcanic, so I’m not sure if that’s the microwave’s problem or the person pushing the «sandwich» button’s problem. Either way, it’s a health safety issue.
One tip for getting your order quickly is to make it through the Starbucks app, and it’s ready when you arrive. You can either get it from the drive through or walk inside and pick it up at the counter. But what? Actual human interaction and needing to get out of my car? Gross. :P

So slow. I understand when someone in front of you had a huge order but waiting at the drive thru when you can see your beverage ready to go at the window is beyond annoying.

Has a drive thru which is super nice, and is right near a lot of stores that I visit. Super nice baristas, great Starbucks coffee. Great place to sit and meet with people or study. It does get a bit congested due to traffic and construction on Baldwin, but not their fault.

I was here studying late one night and decided to buy a tea. I had already bought a coffee and finished it and the barista said, don’t worry, this one is no charge. It was such a sweet thing to do after the long day I’d had! It made my entire night. Definitely earned a repeat customer :)

It’s Starbucks you know what the coffee taste like, either you love it or you hate it lol I however love it. I had one issue w/​a miscommunication in ordering and they fixed it. The ladies that have waited on me (and once one guy) have ALWAYS been super nice and make me smile. Keep up the good work! ;)

Horrible location… hands down… Staff is great, but slow at times. Slowness and location have all made me go to the bigby on Joslyn instead. Sorry Starbucks you should have thought this location out a LOT better.

Great Starbucks ! Very friendly and competent baristas.
My only complaint is that this location is very difficult to get to with traffic and construction on Baldwin Road
