Steve came out to inspect my yard and see what needed to be done to get it ready to sell. He was spot-​on with all his suggestions and completely understood my concern with budget. His first crew came out and failed to make all the agreed upon changes. (I’m thinking they just had too much to do.) When I called, Steve was very gracious and came out the next day to ensure it met both of our expectations.
My yard has never looked so good. Fair, knowledgable, a great eye for the overall design and did I mention just super nice and honest? My only regret is that I did not use Changing Landscapes earlier, but you can rest assured when we move, he’s one of the first people we will call.
