This wholesale fireplace store was just what we needed after several less than stellar experiences at Lisac’s. This very small store does not have a fancy showroom or tons of options since they primarily deal with contractors, not customers off the street. They do have brochures and spec sheets and the staff was helpful talking through options since we had some very specific requirements and limitations. After making our decision, our contractor picked up the unit for installation.
One thing to note is that you should show up having your contractor (or installation plan) already in place. The information they had for referrals was a bit outdated, but again, not really their business model. One thing I really like was that the units were affordable and they weren’t trying to upsell options. In fact, they gave us several tips for saving money which was appreciated.
