The staff is friendly and courteous. Office is clean and organized. The doctors are exceptional and very knowledgeable. Any time I have a problem with sinus/​throat issues I can count on getting a correct diagnosis and help. I never feel rushed. I highly recommend their office!

I went here and saw Dr. Mulcahy. Staff at front desk and technicians were awesome and I was very impressed with Dr. Mulcahy. She is knowledgeable, candid, takes plenty of time to explain. I had a hearing test and other diagnostics. The lobby is pleasant which is a plus. Bright, open.

Long story short, they were VERY UNPROFFESIONAL, they had me waiting in the lobby for an hour and if they had a surgery or something going on that was taking them longer then they should of talked to me. The doctors were just flirting and laughing with their receptionist and it was very offending that they don’t have a consideration for my time. I don’t know if it was a payback for cancelling my last appt with them but it was very unproffesional of them. They are a waste of my time. I wouldn’t refer them to anyone because I don’t want anyone else to get the same treatment I got.

I was having some sinus issues so I scheduled an appointment at Lake Grove ENT. I was examined twice and had some images taken including CT scans and MRI’s. I did not hear anything back from this office on the results of my images for several days. Every time I called to find out what they had learned from the tests, which they had, I spoke with the medical assistant, never the doctor. The MA was unpleasant, seemed annoyed by my questions and did not offer any valuable information on my condition, which was getting worse by the day. She simply told me the doctor was too busy to speak with me. This went on for a few more days until I could not wait any more, I was in pain and uncomfortable. I asked to speak with the office manager in hopes I may get some information, but I was quickly routed back to the medical assistant’s voice mail. Although the doctor was very nice, I did not feel as if they really cared about me or what was going on with my situation. The front office staff was unfriendly and catty. They all seemed too busy to make any connection with the patients.
I did not feel valued as a patient. I felt like a number, so I called another ENT office (The Portland Clinic) and scheduled an appointment. They carefully listened to my information and got me in right away. They were able to get my test results immediately and within 10 minutes they had made a diagnosis and scheduled me for surgery for three days later. Two days AFTER my surgery the original doctor from Lake grove ENT finally got back to me and left a voice mail saying they had my MIR results. Really?

Dr. Erika Schettler is awesome! super nice, tells you how it is (in a nice way) I was there super early, but the lobby was clean and tidy. Rooms were comfy, and CLEAN.
