Great local paint company that supports the community. They helped out our nonprofit( ) with discounted paint. We’ll never go anywhere else and tell all of our friends — Miller Paint is awesome!

I was in that boat where I graduated college and had no idea what I wanted to do for employment. My parents needed the interior of their house painted all different colors, and knew I’d be good at color ideas and attention to detail, so they hired me. Putting that art degree to work baby! The sales people can be accommodating(I think being a young woman does not hurt), but they can a little scatter brained at times too. I had to visit this store a couple dozen times to restock on supplies, and I found calling in ahead of time to place my order to be very helpful. I got all my painting supplies here: Purdy brushes, painters tape, edging doo-dads… but what really sets them apart for me is the Divine Green Paint. I’ve stained decks, dressers, and used various toxic liquids where I have to wear a face mask, and still get light headed, leaving me to wonder how many years I’ve taken off my life. This was not the case with Divine Green Paint. I never had to wear a mask when using it. It’s low odor, low VOC, eco-friendly, and comes in the most delicious colors you can think of. It goes on thick and creamy, and takes less coats to get full coverage compared to other interior paints I’ve used. They have coupons pop up on Divine Green Paint every now and then in the Oregonian, so keep your eyes peeled. It is more expensive, but aren’t most things that are better for your health and better for the environment? Here’s the link to Divine website: Another reason to visit Miller. They’re locally owned and have been in business for 120 years. I’d say that’s long enough to know what they’re doing.
