Worst ever! Waited 5 minutes to get a table sit down 15 minutes later no one takes drink order, we asked to be moved to other area… 45 minutes after getting moved no food, no soup, no salad… no apology! Asked for a manager, we explained the hour plus of frustration– her response«oh, I’m sorry!»… And trust me when I say, she was Not sorry!!! Hint! At least sound like you care lady!

What true southerner doesn’t love Cracker Barrel? If you do, sucks for you. Kelly and I stopped here on the way back from Florida and we weren’t the only ones with this bright idea. The place was packed and the line was long, but the wait was only 10 minutes or so. I ordered the meatloaf with fried okra, Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and biscuits. Yes please may I have another. Their biscuits are so warm and buttery that they melt in your mouth. I was so consumed by my own food that I’ve forgotten what Kelly ordered… Whoopsies! Either way, this place will always hold a warm spot in my heart. That’s my word and I’m sticking to it.

May 26, 2015 at 11:30AM I recently visited your Lake Park, GA restaurant and was unhappy with the service that I received. After waiting 10 plus minutes and watching everyone around us being greeted and served. For example, my husband and I had enough time to go to the restroom and back. I had to ask the seater where is the waiter/waitress? The seater did not look surprised, she polity said«Oh no one has come to take your order? While waiting at the table I can see the waitress behind the wall staring at me while I sat at the table and waited. I eat at cracker barrel all the time the quality of the food was horrible. They even got the order wrong! They asked twice how do you want your food prepared even after the questioning they still got the order incorrect! It is ridiculous that a well-known establishment has employees that are completely ignorant, unsophisticated, and rude. This kind of treatment reflects on the corporation. As a suggestion to understand my situation and the service I received, a manager of different origin should have an unexpected visit, have a meal, and evaluate the service for themselves at this location. When I contacted the main office at Cracker Barrel customer service line there is options specify for discrimination. I found that alarming that this happens so often you need a phone line dedicated for this issue. Iam not looking for any special treatment just the same as anyone else. Thank You, Tammy

Worst Cracker Barrel I’ve ever visited, and I have visited a lot. It was abot 8:00 pm and we were told about the meatloaf special. Both hubby and I decided to try it. Our plates came very quickly. Mine was a nice thick slice of meatloaf. Hubby’s looked like a pile of seasoned ground beef. We pointed this out to our server and she reluctantly agreed to take the plate back for a proper slice of meatloaf. When she returned she had a plate with the scrawniness piece of meatloaf I have ever seen served anywhere. It was about ½ the thickness of mine and about 2⁄3 the length. The kitchen was clearly running out. When we pointed the portion size difference to the server and explained that it looked nothing like the picture, she said this was due to it being a lunch special.(A LUNCHSPECIALAT8:00 pm!!!) When I pointed out that my serving was an appropriate size, she, in complete exasperation offered to return it to the kitchen once again. Hubby declined so we could get on with our meal. Enter waiter… who had taken our order. We explained the situation to him but being a new guy he only knew to say«I’m sorry».(He avoided us the rest of the meal until time for the check.) We were nice and still left a decent tip In addition to the portion problem… the mashed potatoes were not seasoned at all. Hubby doesn’t normally use salt and he even tried salt to help the blandness. My greens were on the warm side but definitely not hot. On a positive note, the biscuits were good and the one cup of coffee was hot. As we left we mentioned the blandness of the mashed potatoes to the cashier and she said she would mention it to the manager. Oh, and the special sign no longer listed the meatloaf… wonder why… well… lesson learned. Check this place off the list

Great food good service thanks to Erika. I was able to stay on my low carb diet with their grilled catfish and three vegetables skipped the corn bread though.

Worst food and service I have ever had at CB. Either undercooked or burnt. Wow. Our waitress forgot three things and never came back. Ridiculous.

Yesterday I went to eat with my family, around 1:30pm, food was okay and so was the service. My problem is the couple behind us got up and left. They were seated but not served. Not once did a server check on them. I had eye view. We had 2 servers and neither one said nothing to them. I hate bad service regardless who is on the other end. Consider that a loss of revenue.

Lots and lots of good Southern food with a fun gift store to shop in. Rocking chairs if you have to wait. Chicken and dumplings are a fave. Biscuits and gravy are my breakfast choice. Just off I-75 and can get crowded if a few buses pull in, seems to be a good stop for groups on the Highway. Clean, well managed, good comfort food.

Fairly impressed with the food at this location. My review is based on my experiences of other Cracker Barrels, as they seem dominate the niche market for a nice place to stop, shop, eat and refresh while traveling. The staff was friendly. Bathrooms were clean. The food was hot. But more importantly, at least for me, the lettuces used in the salad where fresh and contained only 5% iceberg cheap crap. :). The rest was baby romain, spinach, etc. Their Sunday special fried chicken is the best item on the menu. A unique crisp coating two juicy boneless chicken breasts. Try it with a side of white gravy for dipping, if you need some extra calories.
Service was substandard and slow. Orders were messed up. Seems like a pretty disorganized operation. Food was decent.

I do not want to eat at cracker Barrel for a very long time. Even though we had great service on our trip we had to eat at alot of these because on road trips its the easiest place with the most locations. But tonight we had great service by a very new and cute waiter… The food was good the restaurant was clean and the server was cute. You cant beat that. And its right next door to hotel and you can walk next door…
