I have personally had business dealings with his companies, and I would like everyone to know he is completely dishonest and unethical. In researching these companies, it has been reported that this company conducts fraudulent business practices, verbally abuses tenants and employees, mismanages other’s funds and does not adhere to the law. This company is extremely duplicitous and many individuals are duped by these companies; Impact Property Management, Key Maintenance and Task Properties.

I have worked with this company for five years. They have managed my property beautifully. I am always notified when something is in need of repair and they find the right person to deal with it. They communicate with my tenants on a regular basis. My home has never remained empty for even one month at the end of a lease period if the tenant is moving. All of my documentation is stored online and easy to find. Payment is prompt. Best property management company I’ve ever dealt with.

I had nothing but the best experience with this company. I(like the previous reviewer) was moving cross country, and had to rent a house unseen. They let me flip-flop my application to different properties as I changed my mind and never seemed put out by it. After finding a place, they walked me through each step via phone and email(working with MY preferred form of communication). I was able to point out mistakes to the lease/reservation over the phone and have it corrected and re-sent. We continued to communicate as I traveled cross country by car and when I got into town over the weekend, the key was waiting for at the house in a lock box. I had a great experience with them and I’d recommend them to friends and family. The key is to communicate. They don’t know there’s an issue if you don’t tell them!

Dealing with Impact has been one of the most frustrating experiences. Their miscommunication cost us nearly $ 800 because they told me(the tenant) that the lease would start in the middle of the month, but told the owner that it would start on the 1st. We were moving 1800 miles across the country and needed an address, so we signed the lease stating it started on the first while we were trying to get the miscommunication figured out — my mistake, I know. Once they had the signed lease, they felt no desire to satisfy anyone but their own bottom line. The lease had so many mistakes that I made mark outs and corrections on almost every page before signing it. They charged me twice for the application fee and it has been months and I still have not received the refund. I believe that customer service means absolutely nothing to them. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. I should have read all the other reviews first or I would not have to be writing this one.
