Servpro of North Everett/ Lake Stevens/ Monroe

Users beware! This franchise is absolutely the worse Servpro office out there. I had the most horrible experience ever in my life dealing with this office. The crew who moved my belongings out of my home damaged every appliance in my kitchen and destroyed a door which is located on the outside of my home so badly that it had to be replaced along with my less than one year old stainless refrigerator. It took several months to reach an agreement to replace these items and call a contractor to come out and repair other items that were also damaged. The person at Servpro that I was dealing with to replace my belongings was argumentative, rude, disrespectful and nasty. Her only concern, according to her, was to save her boss some money and was certainly not to put me back in the same position that I was in before their crew damaged my belongings. I even asked her to purchase a new refrigerator from the dealer in Lynnwood whom I had bought my refrigerator from. She REFUSED to do so and informed me that she has the right to buy a fridge anywhere she sees fit if it will save her boss some money… As a senior citizen, I am totally appalled at the treatment that I received from these people. The person who owns this business was absolutely aware of the situation at all times and did nothing to intervene. I even went so far as to contact the company in Galatin, TN to no avail. Just got a lot of lip service from them too. As a senior citizen I am appalled at the treatment that I received and will NEVER EVER, contact this office again. I am warning any one out there who needs this type of service that they should by all means contact either another Servpro office (I had a great experience with Lynnwood years ago) or call someone else. Please do not allow the Servpro North Everett/​Lake Stevens/​Monroe people in your home
