Sorry to say, «John» came recommended by a fantastic company that cleaned my blinds so I was anticipating the same level of service. Nope. After exchanging multiple (at least 8) phone messages back and forth, I was finally able to speak to a female who spoke highly of their services, was confident they could fix the three issues with our blinds without having to come inside the house to see the issues, and promised a 2 day turn around. I left the blinds outside, and 2 days later they returned with all three issues still intact — along with a bill for $ 60. After another round of voicemessages, I spoke to the original female who said she has been really busy, was sorry for the confusion, and was not certain she/​they could fix the issues, but would try again next week. 2 months after my first call, and my blinds are still broken.

I have been looking for someone to repair the broken slats on my wood blinds. John the Blind Man came recommended by a cleaning company I contacted. I was instructed to leave my broken blinds out on the front porch and he would pick them up on Tuesday and they would be returned on Thursday along with an envelope with the invoice to be mailed back. As promised that is exactly what happened. Wow! What quick great service and an excellent job. I would recommend John the Blind Man to anyone.

Just found John the Blinds Man on the internet. Had a blind whose clutch had broken and needed fixing. Contacted John who told me to leave my blind on the stoop out front and he would be by the next day to pick it up and fix. He did, and a couple days later there was a fixed blind on my stoop with an envelop for payment.
