These guys are great! Had a pipe burst in my house(specifically my newly refinished basement) recently and Servpro came out almost immediately. They were very professional and helped me understand the whole process. They were great about keeping me in the loop! Everything was dry in a matter of days! I highly recommend them! Thank you Lloyd and Servpro for making this pretty disastrous event a little more easy and bearable.

Avoid these guys like the plague. They left my beautiful penthouse in Tacoma unfinished and in very poor and substandard condition. They stopped all work once they got their last insurance check. Lloyd Shaw is as woefully inadequate in this«business», as I’m sure he is in his life. This guy is a total loser. I’ve had to file a lawsuit in an attempt to recover the damages they did, and so far, it has taken well over a year, and it’s still not over. If you want more detailed information, feel free to message me and I will be more than happy to share specifics.

First off this was an Ins job– so the ins co sent them in. Now is the time to play(Miley Cyrus– wrecking ball) the two guys came out and just started tearing into walls and flooring.(Well one tore into stuff the other walked around with a small notebook) They didn’t put up any plastic or some sort of tarps, to contain the dust and smell to the smaller area of my dining room where the damage was done. Secondly the dehumidifiers are so loud and made our house temp at 93* which in turn melted all the expensive chocolate in the panty(not happy) but the kicker was the layer of dust everywhere. I had an asthma attack.(not a happy girl) Day two — they come out more dust and they spray some disinfectant that controls mold. Great– now I walk in my house and it’s 91*and the smell instantly hits my lungs as they start to close. REALLY? And why aren’t the homeowners notified you are spraying before doing so. I honestly don’t know, if the plastic-would have contained the smell. But it surely would have helped. **So on that note anyone with allergies to dust or severe asthma–(the reason for my post) Please Be AWARE… They do spray and you can have an attack! Lastly, it would have been nice to know some things before they get started. You are just left in the dark to figure it out yourself. I do hope others have a better experience. And management has spoken with the guys in the field.
