McDonald’s

They seriously need to work on their customer service skills. A few minutes before I went through the drive thru, they lost power. So when I pulled up they didn’t answer the board for a while and when they did they said that they lost power. That was it. I could understand if they said that they couldn’t take orders for a while or just said something to that effect, but all they kept saying to me and everyone else is that they lost power. So we went across the street to BurgerKing where they also lost power but had lots better customer service and only waited a few minutes before we were able to get food.

I just came from this McDonald’s and it’s the worst! I ordered my family dinner and you would have thought I asked for the world! I had to go in because they just couldn’t seem to get it right. THEN, the manager came over to finish taking my order and she was rude and nasty! I’m not the one that couldn’t get the order right and it STILL wasn’t right. I took the order out to my car and it was incorrect. I spent a lot of money there for dinner and it will be the last time! I will drive to Snohomish before stepping back into the Lake Stevens one. It wasn’t even busy for a Friday night… thank you for such great customer service… NOT!!!

Everytime I have been here. Every time. The fries that fill the entire Large container is filled with small bottom of the bag fries that are crunchy hardly salted and a let down. The only reason I go to mcdonalds is because I like the fries. And they suck here.

I come here every once and a while and it’s always pretty ok. Sometimes the service is better than others, but hey, it’s mostly young people in the drive thru so what are ya gonna do? I like eating here, but my body always regrets it later. My self control when it comes to fries is lacking…

I love the coffee here. Every time I’ve come here the store has always been clean and the staff is friendly.

This is one of the worst McDonald’s I have been to. They have trouble getting your order correct. Tonight when I ordered from the drive though the woman said «wow you must be hungry.» I was ordering for multiple people and only got cheeseburgers. Their french fries are rarely fresh and even when they look like they are they taste like they never change the oil. She didn’t even ask if we needed anything else or drinks. When I got to the window to pick up the food we overheard her and a manager complaining about another customer that was unhappy with their service. I sat for several minutes waiting and listening to them make fun of a customer since the window was open. She was handed a tiny bag. She looked at it and then she almost handed it out to me. The tiny bag looked like only one item was in it. She paused and then asked someone if all the burgers were in the bag. It was obvious to anyone that there was no way that many burgers would fit. She then tells me I need to pull around to the front and wait. We waited for several minutes and then a guy came out with one bag. They stuffed multiple cheeseburgers in one bag, some were smashed.

Went to this McDonald’s just to get a couple soda pop’s. Stood in line for at least 5 minutes with two people in front of me who hadn’t been helped yet either. Worst service McDonald’s I’ve been to. Left and went somewhere else.

This is by far the worst McDonalds ever. The service is slow, there are frequent errors with the order, and the staff seems overwhelmed all of the time.
I just went to get dinner and the service was so slow. No apologies or acknowledgment. Unprofessional!
The food was cold and obviously sat there for awhile.
If I am going to go to McDonalds I try to go to one out of town. This one is always a disappointment.
A couple of the staff in the drive-​thru are nice but the pickup window staff need some customer service training. They act like they hate being there.
When I picked up the food there was a man that looked like he was servicing the ice machine. He had touched several things and then took a cup and dipped it in the ice with his dirty hands. He then started eating the ice. He had touched items before he did that. Wash your hands!!! Gross!

Meh– it’s McDonalds. The food is the same. I have been here many times, and I’ve observed two different managers on several occasions. I don’t like the way they treat their employees, and they give off the «I hate my job» vibe pretty strongly. It makes the occasional good service surprising.

Can’t believe this place has not had more reviews. This is the worst McDonalds of all time, they constantly mess up my orders. They also never give a freaking straw for drinks. I ask every time and they will say the straw is in the bag. Yeah it’s not.

Went there this morning @ 1045 am. Drive thru. Order was right. Hot and good! :-)

Newly remodeled, even though it was in fine shape before the remodel. Now there are two speakers in the drive– thru for faster service. I have never had a problem with my order.
