One of the dirtiest restaurants, took kids there to play and the floors were disgusting, this will be the last time I come here

I’m only giving one star because I have to. This Burger King deserves a big fat ZERO! Ordered 3 chicken sandwich meals and received 3 fish sandwich meals instead. No big deal, mistakes happen. I called the store and spoke with Tammy, the General Manager and let her know we received the wrong order. She told me I had to bring the food back to fix my order. I let her know that would be impossible because we were at a high school tournament for the next 4 hours that my daughter was playing in. I’d have to leave them in the car. She refused to replace the meal unless I brought her inventory back. I wasn’t about to let them funk up my car and was forced to throw the sandwiches out. I wasn’t looking for a refund, just for them to fix the order later when we could go back. Now I had 3 starving teenagers. At least we had our fries, right? Wrong. There was hair in one of the boxes. Absolutely disgusting. Thanks for nothing.

I’ve been to this particular Burger King several times since moving to this area. Never had a problem with it really. The kids play area could have been cleaned a little more. Specially In higher places. It was my experience today that killed it for me. I ordered a number 1 with onion rings I read of fries. The cashier seemed to be quite new, which is totally fine. I ended up being charged and receiving the onion rings with my meal but I was charged for a fry. Maybe he didn’t hear me correctly when I wanted to substitute onion rings for fries. But the part that upset me the most was the female manager that helped return the money. She basically looked like I was a pain in her butt and did not once apologize for the inconvenience. So much that I didn’t even want to return to the counter to tell them they gave me a double whopper instead of the original whopper I ordered. The whole time I was eating I just felt like a nuisance after that.

By far the worst Burger King, I’ve been to, and I’ve been to a lot. Drove through three times and I’ve had to wait forever to get my meal. Most recently, I had to park and wait for five minutes. The last fast food place that made me wait that long threw in a small fries. Oh and then I drove off, opened the bag, and found no napkins inside. Then I bit into a burger and instantly got a load of pickle in my mouth after I had specifically asked for no pickle or tomato. That many things wrong in a matter of ten minutes? Not coming back.

The kids place is nice but seems dirty as well as smelly. Staff I’ve encountered were not mean but not happy. No matter what though if my kids want to go here to play rather then the park, we will go.

The second you walk into this fast food joint, your shoes should tell you to walk right back out. The floors are so sticky that your shoes stick as you walk. You’d think the manager(though I never did see a «manager-like» person on duty) would know the floor is nasty by the sounds of everyone’s shoes against the floor. The food was ok, but the fries were SUPER salty to the point you couldn’t eat anymore. The new pop machine is cool however none of their beverages had any carbonation so they were flat as if it was old. The staff was ok, took them a while to acknowledge we were there to take our order. Won’t go back. Especially since it sounds like the reviews all say the same– dirty store. Yet they don’t seem to care enough to clean it up.

This is one of those businesses that I’m shocked remains in business. I honestly don’t know how. First I will say that I don’t like BK. I used to mystery shop them and overall they failed more shops for more disgusting reasons than any other restaurant I shopped. But my husband loves them so I find myself eating there about twice a year. Every time I swear it will be my last. Having said that, I’m seriously done with this one. I understand that you should check your bag for accuracy before you leave a drive-thru window, but let me ask you this; have you ever thought to check if your fish sandwich had tartar sauce and not ketchup on it? Have you thought to check if your omelet sandwich had egg? How about when you order a side salad with caesar dressing, do you check to make sure you got the dressing? Seriously, I’ve had the most ridiculous meals from this place. I told my husband last night that I didn’t care how much he liked them, no way are they getting another dime from us again. Consider this a –2 star review.

This location is very dirty. Take a look around the soda fountain machine, the edges on the floors, ect and it will shock you. The staff does not appear to take time to clean and during the down time of my visit, most of the staff would take breaks outside standing around. Staff has excessive tattoos and does not appear to stay up on personal hygeine the best. A sad experience at Burger King, at least the food was hot and tasted ok.

Burger King used to be my favorite. But as I have matured I have realized that«King» does not necessarily mean the best. What BK really needs is a better value menu. I can get a double cheesburger at McDonalds for $ 1, a jr bacon and Wendys of Jack in the box for the same. When is that freaky looking King gonna show me some value? This is a good location, complete with country western theme on the inside. Yeah. Country western. Yee-Haw!!!
