Love their burgers and they did bring in something similar to blooming onions like we requested!

Ordered to go twice from this location and have been disappointed both times. Tonight I ordered a hickory BBQ burger and chicken strips with 3 sides of ranch. Got 2 orders of chicken strips with 2 sides of BBQ sauce and 2 sides of ranch. Should’ve checked before I left, good food but if I don’t get what I order then I won’t be back. Too bad because this is so close to my house.

The last two times I’ve visited this location I’ve been highly disappointed. The first time, a few months back, they were so busy and chaotic. It seemed like none of the staff knew what was going on. My boyfriend and I had the wrong order brought to us multiple times and we saw this happening at all the tables around us too. It got to the point of being comical, the tables all started bonding over how horrible the service was. I actually felt embarrassed for the staff. I just recently went back hoping for a Better experience. This time it was way less busy so I had high hopes that the service would be better. We ordered an appetizer and some chicken strips for an entrée. The chicken came out first when we questioned the waitress about the appetizer she said it would be out shortly. The chicken was terrible, it was literally dripping with grease and soggy. Half way through the meal we asked again about the appetizer and the waitress admitted she actually forgot to place the order and that she would get it to us asap. Finally got the appetizer at the end of the meal. I’ve never had a bad experience at the other blazing onion locations but there’s definitely an issue here. Not impressed at all and will not be visiting this location again.

My family and I have been to this location many times, and last night will be our last visit. When I finished my burger, I found a long, dark hair on my plate. Once I brought it to the attention of the waitress and eventually the manager, I got nowhere and barely received an apology. The manager acted very indifferent and actually said, «what do you want me to do about it?» Well, maybe an apology and being proactive once something like this happens. You blew it and I’ll never be back. This manager does not care about his customers. Enjoy your hairy burger if you go here.

The Teriyaki Chicken and Buffalo Burger are my favorites. They loose 2 stars for noisy dining area (20+ flat screens) and depending on the server, some seem inclined to offer «unlimited fries», others do it reluctantly or not at all. I appreciate the group tip jars because I prefer to tip with cash.

Love the Blazing Onion. I prefer the bar where I can be seated and order with a server. The restaurant side is an order at the counter and be seated later.

Just the right amount of grease and heat! The sriacha onion blooms hit the spot. Service was fine and got the job done!

This place is very small. The fact you have to order food in front and when it gets too crowded people end up having to form a line going outside. Sucks to do that when it’s raining and cold outside. The servers are rude. Granted we were in the bar in the walk way but they could of asked us nicely if we can get seated so people can get through. Food took forever when you order from the bar. My friends who walked in and ordered food got theirs within 5 – 10 mins and we sat there waiting for at least 30 mins. When we did get our food it was no longer hot. We were even back to back with the other table behind us. I will never go to this place again.

Good variety of food, family friendly and decent service. They are pretty fast, so a nice place to pop in and out of for a quick lunch. We also take advantage of their outdoor seating on nice spring/​summer days.

Had the best burger and service from a waitress named Tiffany. She was awesome! Not only was so quick to bring us anything we need but I could see her working her butt off helping and cleaning tons of other tables. Will be coming back for the great service! Thanks again Tiffany.

We come into Blazing Onion quite a bit and love the service and atmosphere. They have a great food selection and the service is usually really good. This location has a bar area that has ample seating and is a great atmosphere for watching a Seahawks game. The main restaurant is perfect if you are feeding the kids or want a more casual dining experience.
We’ve seen the management a number of times interacting with the guests. Overall a great experience.

After an epic wind storm we went on an adventure to find food anywhere that had power. This place is a ways from our house but we saw lights on, as did everyone else. Apparently they had lost power for 2 hours, sent everyone home and once regained power the masses arrived. The staff handled it beautifully. They helped each other, they were friendly, the food was hot and good. I’d come here again just out of mass respect for the staff who was able to perform under pressure.

We absolutely love this place! We eat here all the time, at least once a month & sometimes once a week! lol Between everyone in my family we’ve probably tried everything on the menu. The kids choices are good, salads are awesome, burgers are always amazing… even the soups are awesome! I think the only thing I’ve ever had here I don’t like is their tortilla chips are usually stale when you get the tacos. But the fish tacos are to die for and I just opt for a side salad instead of the chips now. Service is usually pretty amazing, there has been a few odd times that we didn’t have the best service, but I usually assume they are a newbie ;) Management is great and we always feel welcomed when we walk in and stuffed when we walk out. It can get crazy busy on game nights, but it’s a great place to hang out either with the family or adults night out at the bar. :)

I like this place, the menu has plenty of options such as wild game, gourmet burgers, chicken, salads, and even a lighter option menu. I enjoy the buffalo burger.
It’s different, going up to order first, then sitting down, but you get used to it quickly. The staff is friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is much like any bar/​restaurant, and they have for tv’s with one or more games on.
The prices are a little on the high side, on my opinion, but worth it once in a while.

I have had takeout from here twice. Both times I got the Teriyaki Swiss Chicken Sandwich with fries and tarter sauce. It was good and service was ok. I want to try their chili. I might review differently once I have actually ate at the restaurant.

The food was good but service was absolutely the worst. We watched our waitress take orders from three different tables seated after us. Then I had to ask another waitress to help us. It was the worst service I had ever got in a restaurant.

I’ve called in for takeout several times and I’m usually disappointed. I keep coming back because it’s convenient, I live close, but no more. No condiments are ever offered and I forget I want them until I get home and unpack the bags to eat dinner with my family. No seasoning on food and it just seems like they threw the food into the boxes instead of packaging it decently to go. Today is the last straw for me. I called in to place my order and was asked to hold. I’ve been on hold for 10 minutes now and still waiting. Poor customer service here and do not recommend to anyone.
Worth mentioning though that I’ve had much better experiences at other Blazing Onion locations, too bad Snohomish just seems to fall short.

Good burger spot, inexpensive happy hour selection, friendly staff & food is consistent. Hubby always gets the buffalo burger and he always likes it. Cold beers + frosty mugs = good times.

Normally decent service — NOT tonight. This place imploded this evening. The guy at the front door had no control of seating or explaining how the process would work given the fact he was metering people to seats. Then when we sat for 15 minutes I asked if someone would wait on us — nope, go stand in line again. We waited in this line originally and was told not to order.
Then they kept bringing is wine. We did the right thing and returned it. Three times they brought to us. Finally a woman cam by with a bad attitude and asked if we purchased wine. I finally said just give it to me. No we didn’t order it but if it makes you stop coming by then we’ll take it. Sh didn’t like that at all. But WTH. Get your stuff together.

We got there at 4pm and the service was terrible, and the food was even worse! Well, you decide! Please read on… Since the bar was almost empty I thought the service would be good.
We had the same thing we always get and one new thing, the Jalapeño Peppers. So I ordered The Mediterranean Burger and my friend had a Burger Dip.
I realize the poppers could potentially could be hot, but these needed their own warning label. VERY HOT! I asked the server and she said they vary. I can eat spicy, I wasn’t afraid. Big mistake. These suckers brought my friend’s taste buds back to life. No joke — he had a stroke a few months back and lost his sense of taste — or so he thought. Totally not kidding around. I kept coughing. Not good.
The Mediterranean Burger tasted like any other overcooked burger. I use to order this because it was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. I didn’t even taste any lamb or rosemary, just charred beef. The fries were cold. Asked for some hot ones, got more cold fries. Nothing worse, except for the burger! Well maybe a tie for the service. The other burger was pretty unremarkable too.
The bill came to $ 52 and change — I KNOW! That’s a lot of cash for a couple burgers and drinks. I ponied up three twenties and one five. $ 65 bucks for those of you that need a calculator, like our server. Keep the change I thought. I just want to leave. She brought me back $ 2 and some change. Girl can’t do math! I threw (another) five spot on the table and left.
