Burger Madness – Snohomish

I went to the Burger Place for the first time. The man taking the order was very good and got going on my Cheese Burger and fries quickly. The burger was fair.
The fries were cooked well. The Burger size was good size. All in all I would describe the burger as good and French fries the same.

So I am shocked by the reviews. I just had one of the worst burgers of my life. And I eat too many burgers. Aloha burger was horrible. I could not taste the teriyaki sauce and the burger itself tasted life it had be shelved away in a garage freezer for a year or so. Really disappointed.

This place is awesome! We went in on a whim and we are so happy we did.
The food was amazing. I really loved my burger (Jack Daniels Burger) it was fresh, piping hot and delicious. Everyone was very happy with their food.
The staff is what sets this place a part. They were welcoming, helpful and proud of their product. They made sure we were enjoying everything.
Prices were good and atmosphere — laid back.
We will be back very soon!

First time here. one word AMAZING. 5 napkin burger. well cooked. actually had flavor! We’ll be back!

Juicy, tasty burger! Really good burger with fresh ingredients and yummy sauces. Got the Jack Daniel burger with two patties. Fries were good and sweet potato fries were really good. Also got the wings which were good too! Good customer service, clean new dining room, and freshly made food.

So all in all, Burger Madness is a cool place to go get burgers and im sure their milkshakes are amazing. However, I was really craving catfish. I got my cstfish thinking I was gonna demolish it and I took my 1^st bite and I all my excitement went out the window. Here is why, there was no real seasoning to the catfish; it simply just tasted like the oil they cooked it in. I expected a bit more. Also, they hook you up with large quantities of fries, and those were somewhat overcooked so I and my gf didnt even finish them at all. If you are craving burgers, this is your go to place.

Love this place. I have been there a few times and it has always been delicious and the staff have always been gracious and friendly. The staff have always made good suggestions or adjusted food items to meet the tastes of my finicky kids. The food is great and really not all that expensive. We manage to feed a family of six there and it ends up only being a few dollars more than what you would get at a drive through. Plus, the quality is better and there is more variety on the menu. It’s one of the few places we can go to where EVERYONE is happy with what they get. The french fries with fry sauce are fantastic.
I do want to relate a recent experience. We ordered food to go and returned to our car to find the battery dead. We returned to the restaurant and the owner or manager insisted on going to his car to check if he had jumper cables. When he didn’t he went to the business next door and asked if anyone there had cables. This was even after we insisted he didn’t need to because we called roadside assistance. That’s above and beyond good customer service.

Location: The restaurant is in a strip mall with the Hagen grocery store as well. Tables inside are limited there are a couple tables outside as well it is mostly a take it and go type place
Service: the service is very good prompt as well as courteous
Cost: the cost is more then say McDonald’s about what I would expect to pay for a well appointed burger with fries and such. They do also have lunch specials for a burger fries and a soft drink for around eight dollars
Food: the menu is what you would expect from a burger place they have chicken burgers, chicken patties with the multiple burger selections that are just massive.
they also have a pretty good fish sandwich. The burgers are well done cooked just right not too greasy and tasty.
