We requested via your website a full-size car(Ford Fusion, Nissan Altima) on February 15, 2015. My husband went to pick up the car on March 28. The full-size car offered to him was a Nissan Juke!!! We had a family of four with luggage and golf clubs. There is no trunk space in a Nissan Juke. I cannot believe this vehicle qualified as a full size option. So over the next 2+ hours my husband had to travel with your agent to get a minivan that was having the oil changed. Once he got the minivan, the low tire pressure gauge came on, so the van had to be taken to a local Chrysler dealership. Meanwhile we are on vacation and my husband is spending his morning in your office and driving to get this car fixed that was requested over a month ago! Once the vehicle returned from the dealership my husband asked that it please be cleaned. I guess it was somewhat cleaned, but it was filthy! We hated to touch anything inside the car. In addition, the airbag sensor light would come off/on periodically the entire time we had the vehicle. We have usually been so pleased with the service we receive from Enterprise. This all could have been avoided if a proper full-size vehicle had been waiting for us as requested over a month ago! My husband wasted valuable time he should have had with his father. I must say after numerous phone calls we were given a $ 50 credit off our bill for our trouble. But we still have a bad taste in our mouth. Enterprise please offer people the correct size vehicle as requested in the future.
