Zero Stars if that is possible. Do not do business with Factorymart. I had them print a special order of key cards for our hotel and asked them to put an arrow showing the direction that card goes into the lock. They printed the arrow in the wrong direction so the keys have to be slipped into the lock upside down to work. When I asked for a refund or a reprint, they refused to answer my emails or phone calls for three months. When I finally demanded to speak with the rep who took my order, the secretary came back and told me that it was my fault, as they don’t know how our systems work. I explained that is the reason that I told them to put the arrow in the direction that can be programmed(no matter what card they all program from one direction). They eventually hung up on me.
