I’ve never had such a sarcastic cashier in my entire life. My entire night was ruined. She made me feel incompetent and talked down to me. Jasmin, I really hope you can learn how to develop acceptable social skills soon, because your Kmart is in my neighborhood and I’d like to come back without feeling belittled. As petty as it was to ask for my 3 cents back that you forgot to give me, it’s the principle.

Horrible service. Cashier made many mistakes. I had to wait a half hr. They didn’t apologize or anything. Lady in jewelry depth was rude and not helpful. kept asking me what I’m looking for and yelling at me that I don’t know what I want. Really??? Never again

Unhelpful staffs, messy and smelly store. Came in because they had the wii remote on sale on their website, but it was a different price at the store, I stood and asked around the electronic area for like 20 minutes and no one could help me do a price check. Their customer support is worse than Walmart. No wonder they are running out of business.

This whole place is a joke to me. This Kmart’s have been«almost» closing for years. I come I and it’s just so unorganized. I would have never came in if I have another option. All I needed was conditioner so I thought it would be an in and out. Takes me several minutes to find beauty supplies then a long wait in line to check out. I’m so phased about the whole thing that I got shampoo by accident and forced to come back. The dreaded customer service area. When I walked up there was one loud New Jersey chick in a mumu. I know some people might call it a tunic or even a beach cover up but this lady had on a mumu. Along with 4 employees. 17 minutes later I found out only 1 of 4 was actually working. Customer service manager Carmen 5 stars! She handled all the issues in front of her so well. This includes the somewhat hostile and annoying as f*ck New Jersey chick that refused to leave the counter but thought it was okay to call up SEVERAL people and hold personal conversations as they resolved her issue. Her issue was that she couldn’t find her receipt! That witch would not let another person go because she couldn’t find the receipt that she was handled and then proceeded to fill into her ugly huge purse! This is where the golden girls of ratchetness shop. Then there was the employee trying to return something and get points back for some reward cards? By this time the line has grown to several people curving into an isle. Instead of handling the issue later — she thought it was pressing enough to make us wait while she’s in her uniform. That’s just bad business practice. Carmen apologizes several times and our exchange was less then 30 seconds longs. Love her! I hate Kmart though! I encourage Walmart to take this over — and I hate Walmart.
