Sam’s Club

Called the optical to see if they accepted my insurance. Asked for what services. Said what do you mean? Listed services. Told him. Told didn’t accept my insurance in the optical department. I know what optical departments do. He could have said no when I asked.

I called in and ask that they sold gluten-​free bread the lady on the phone told me she was sure that they did talk to three people no on can come up with the bread lol. Place sells low quality gunk. Place is a mess

Terrible customer service. We waited 20 minutes while our register resolved a customer problem. Everyone was to busy closing their register instead of helping us. I imagine it took someone a lot more time putting our groceries back as we left out of disgust. I blame the manager.

Super crappy costumer services! Do not come to this place, try costco or BJ’s instead. The people in memebrrship service were ok, one was nice and had no idea, the other one was very good, and the other one was on a very pissy mood. Do not come here. I regret signing up to this place.

What can I say? I do not like Walmart and so never had intention to join Sam’s Club but I can’t give up a great deal and the living social deal seems awesome.
Just joined on living social. $ 45for plus membership and $ 20 back and some free food vouchers which you can redeem immediately. Plus membership allows you to shop early at 7 am. This is what made me buy the deal. Costco opens too late and this is earlier than Bjs.
The store is interesting and I was happy to see auricchio provolone. (it’s not from Italy! It’s auricchio Americano) Most items are comparable to the other warehouse store items. I have the plus /​executive membership for all three so someone will not be renewed next year. We will see.
Of the items purchased. My fresh chocolate chunk cookies were hard and not edible. Exp date not for 6 more days. Kids didn’t like the rotisserie chicken. I thought it was fine. Bread was good. I haven’t tried anything else yet.
One huge negative. They do not take American Express! BJs takes all cards and coupons. Costco takes only Amex or debit cards.
Second visit was much worse. Cashiers are rude and frustrating and I am not fond of the group that hangs out by entrance or the groups of people (employees) hanging out in various parts of the store. Cashier kept my card. She could see me at customer service for 30 min checking to see if they had my card as instructed by the employee at door. Then I was sent back to her. My card was in her drawer which she could not open until someone paid cash or until she finally called for someone to open it. I had to wait and wait and then she gives me an annoyed you’re welcome and complained that she didn’t like my thank you. I’m giving it one more chance then canceling.
One more thing. The reason I joined. You can go in at 7 am but customer service has long lines of people who try to use the regular card and are sent there to upgrade so employee has to explain same story to everyone and most will leave.

Awesome deals, big quantities!!! If you’re having a big party or event they have large quantities of alot of things!!!

Like any other Sam’s club, you can find everything from liquors, tires, TV’s, to toys. It’s not in the best of neighborhoods but you find a good deal shopping here.
I think it might be cheaper than Costco.

I came here with the purpose of getting new tires. I went to the back of the location and met with the lady who helped my father and I. She was very nice and the whole process was smooth. I came really late in the evening and they were able to take my car in.
It took about two hours and my car was completed. I now have four brand new tires at a very reasonable price. Thanks Sam’s Club!

Not my favorite of the warehouse wholesale giants but still effective at saving dollars for those so inclined to purchase in bulk.
This particular location has the amenities of an optical center, liquor department and tire/​auto care.
Lines tend to be long, although there are many checkout lanes…
