Looked this place up on Unilocal to stop on our way to Funky Buddha and I’m so glad we stopped! Such delicious food and quick attentive service. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten my food so quickly at a sit down place. I ordered the gyro pita along with a side salad. I split the eggplant dip with my boyfriend. Salad and dip came out right away; the salad was very big for a side salad(I would recommend sharing with someone) and chocked full of delicious toppings(Greek olives, feta, cucumbers, etc). The eggplant dip came with a side of fresh pita triangles and it was absolutely delicious! It has this nice acidic zing to it that tingled the tongue. The portion for the dip was large, and would be plenty as an appetizer for 4. The gyro pita came out soon after that and was just as delicious as everything else. Perfect meat, pita, tzatiki sauce, feta… Hope we can get back to this area again. Makes me really wish we had more good Greek food up in Gainesville :(

The best Greek food in town. Even my Yiayia would have loved(liked? — Greek grandmothers are tough to please when it comes to food not prepared in their own kitchens) the food. The gyros are excellent as are all the entrees I’ve had and the owners are Greek. ’nuff said.

This place is excellent. I stopped by for lunch. The place looks really cute, like a Greek oasis in the middle of West Palm Beach. The service was fantastic and our waitress, Barbara, was extremely sweet and attentive. I split the saganaki which was to die for. This is the kind of dish that makes me want to drive an hour and a half to get. She brought it out, flaming and all. The cheese comes on a bed of sauce and tomatoes. And they bring you tons of pita bread. They do not skimp at all. Had I tried this before ordering, I would have had one all to myself as an entrée. But I got the lamb kebab pita combo which came came with fries. All of it was amazing. I did put some of the fried cheese in there for good measure. If you’re feeling crazy, try it. It’s excellent together. During my meal, I got some sauce on my white pants(because I can’t have nice things) and when we asked for a little bit of club soda, Barbara actually brought me a Tide pen! I thought that was really sweet. A cherry on top to an already awesome experience.

This is our fifth time dinning at Skorpios II and as always it’s delicious. The gyro is delicious and seasoned well. The Greek salad delicious with nice Greek dressing. This restaurant is family owned and you will see the owners are the cooks. They also bake their own almond cookies and desert. This place is definitely a hidden gem in lake worth.

Tried this nice little hole in the wall on the way to Miami. The gyro was good but seemed a little over seasoned and we had to ask for tzatziki sauce. Overall it was a good experience.

Having read the varied reviews, and loving Greece as well as their cuisine, we decided to give this place a shot. SO glad we did! The place is clean, nothing fancy, but bright and airy. A little seating area outside, but we preferred inside. The service was excellent, not rushed or too slow. Copious amounts of food! My husband and I both had Gyros-mine in a wrap, his on a salad. Of course, complimentary pita and tsasiki(sorry the spelling). The food was delicious. There seemed to be quite a few regulars, which always tells me something. I can’t fault them on one thing! We’ll most certainly be back!

Just passing by looking for lunch while I wait for my oil change and noticed Skorpio’s. Ordered Pita Gyro for lunch and it was so delicious I almost forgot about how long I had to wait. Will return anytime I’m hungry and in the area.

Nice owners, everyone knows them by name. Very local crowd. That being said, inattentive service is normal. We watched a couple walkout after not being served. Food is somewhat pricey and is served on plastic plates. Food is of average quality, or below. Green beans had clearly been sitting for hours, falafel was very dry(likely sitting for a few hours and so dried out). The pastitsio was good, but with little tomato sauce. Salad was good as was the lentil soup. Can’t recommend it unless you live right next to it or know the owners.

After being treated horribly at CHris Taverna in JOg rd, I looked for a new Greek restaurant. Being from Ny I know about Long Island food and its fame. This was no exception ! The place small and cozy. The service, very attentive and good. Old plates too. The value, wow soup n salad and the meal, plus free pita and Tabiki, sorry for my spelling. The main things is the meat, wow I mean it’s awesome I mean soft tender and plenty! So juicy is the lamb I almost ran to back for more! No comparison to the other I went to, as I am from Miami. We only have one there that’s good; this one is the best. Good desserts and coffee too. And love the movie pictures and the big Greek fat wine! And while we were there my wife noticed that the owner was cooking a plus!

In traffic our way to Orlando we decided to let it pass and find a place to eat. Driving in Lake Worth we found this place located in a strip mall and we were glad that we did. Very, very attentive and pleasant service from the moment we walked in. We ordered the Hummus appetizer which was a very good sized portion with freshly baked pita bread. We shared the fresh broiled grouper, which was seasoned in lemon garlic sauce touched with olive oil. Absolutely delicious! Finished things off with GALACTOBUREKO, a strudel filled with custard. Big dessert — enough to share and delicious. Place was very good, might become our tradition to stop in on the way to Orlando :)

We been here I once. They food was horrible, atmosphere old with neon blue lights and the chefs in the kitchen screaming each other while we tried to eat our lunch. The waitress had no clue about the greek food. Why bother to go there when chris tavern is so close with the best greek food around? No opa for this place

I’ve been going to Skorpios for many years. The food is delicious, but the service inside the restaurant is often frustratingly slow and inept. I love the atmosphere, and the owners are wonderful. But after having to wait over 15 minutes for my check last time I went, I don’t think we’ll be coming back. It’s pretty sad for me to say it, but we have a bad service experience every single time we dine in. We love the food and we love Louise and Nick, but dining in is just too frustrating. Be more careful when hiring your waitstaff and NEVER let a customer… especially a regular… sit there for over 20 minutes without checking on them. So frustrating. Update: we tried another Greek place nearby and the food was subpar. Louise apologized and we’ve been back since.

If you’re looking for authentic Greek food, I believe this is the place to eat! I’ve been to a couple Greek restaurants that claim to have authentic greek food, but nothing compared to this restaurant. The atmosphere is nice and quiet with a sweet light sound of greek music. The Gyros are amazing, nice and warm. They first start you off with Pita bread and a delicious tzatziki sauce. The greek salad, especially the grape leaf inside it, is the best and keeps me coming back several times a week! Hope this helps ;)

Great food, especially for take out. Their greek salad is very good. The chicken kabob they serve in their gyros was perfectly cooked. They even have whole wheat pita! How great is that. Don’t go for the ambiance. There is none. Go for the food.

Eh. I came here after my old co-worker and I discovered that the Roadhouse Grill in the same plaza was closed down. Freaking A. I was so looking forward to the peanuts and rolls. Either way, we decided to check this place out. It’s a Greek restaurant that is small and could have a lot more menu items. I didn’t really care that much for the chicken pita and fries that I had. It was so-so, but I’ve had better. It takes a lot for me to gripe about my food and I wasn’t impressed with it. The waitress was friendly and it looked like she wanted to get out of there too. The atmosphere is better at Tavern Opa. Good luck, Skorpios.
