Subway

If I could rate this Subway zero stars, I would. We went to the counter and placed our order to go and presented a coupon for buy one get one sandwich free. A man who we assume is the manager or owner proceeded to inform us the coupon was expired without even looking at it, which it wasn’t. He then told us they did not accept the coupons from the school sponsored coupon books and stated he has told the «Woman in charge of the coupon books» to stop printing these coupons for Subway. He then went on a rant stating the subs are already discounted and if he honored all of these coupons everyone was bringing in, he would be out of business. He then offered to make us a two for $ 9.99 deal at the same time putting a sign on the counter that read «All coupons must be presented prior to ordering.» While our order was being completed he continued making comments about coupons and losing money. After our food was prepared and we were paying, he was carrying a young child in his arms behind the counter while still conducting business. He was extremely unprofessional, condescending and rude almost the whole time we were in the store. We have had much better experiences at Jimmie John’s, Firehouse Subs, Jersey Mikes, etc., and will never go back to this Subway again.

Went to this Subway because the other one closer to my house is so bad I will never go there again. Now for my first visit to this Subway. The guy behind the counter and I will assume he is a owner or manager by the way he talks. I had coupons that I received in the mail and went to use them. Buy 2 foot longs get the third of equal or lesser price free. He tells me we cant use those coupons his in store specials are better we will work something out he says. 3 foot longs $ 22 and change. I had ordered steak with double meat and add bacon (Which I saw him cook but it never made it onto my sub) making this sub rather expensive. After listening to his arrogant voice and thinking at the counter how this review will be worded (Already bad visit) I took my subs and went home. Then I found out there was no bacon. A pile of black olives so many it would make any sub taste bad (asked him to take some off but he didn’t hear me or he didn’t care) said to myself ill do it at home I just want out of here. To go to someone’s business to spend your hard earned money only to be dealt with unprofessionally and then not get what you pay for is such bad business. I wont take the chance and go here again. Firehouse subs or any good sub shop now gets my business. It will be easy to stop going to Subway because I was wanting to boycott them anyways because of Jared (Child molester). Hope this arrogant owner goes out of business.
