Amazing expierence. They provide you an iPod shuffle with headphones that play meditative music or you may connect the headphones to your own device for your choice of music/entertainment. The environment is very Relaxing and you feel the salt working for you almost immediately.
They have lockers for your personal belongings. You hold the key until your session is complete.
I don’t recommend you wear dark clothes. When your session is over you will noticeable have salt all over you and you will look ashy.
A definite must do! Enjoy!

The Salt Suite in Lake Worth has been a true gift. I have been struggling with stress related and immune system health issues for five years. In researching salt therapy, I found it could greatly improve my immune function and reduce the stress as well. It is a perfect place to practice my meditation while reaping the benefits of salt therapy at the same time. I always leave with a feeling of inner calm and eagerness to tackle the day. The regular sessions have also helped with the allergies I have developed since moving to Florida.
The staff is friendly and accommodating, making it a pleasant place to visit many times during the week. The Salt Suite in Lake Worth is truly one of the best things you can do to improve your general health.
