What a great place! And really, what girl doesn’t want to forever give up the hassle (and clumsiness, if you’re me with sharp objects) of shaving, the time spent ensuring that every square inch of hair has been removed while dangerously balancing yourself on wet tile in the shower, paying $ 20 for a mediocre razor, figuring out whether or not you prefer shaving foam or gel, and buying various different post-​shave remedies? Let’s be real — do you really not mind hot wax being torn from your skin with really not the best results?
After hemming and hawing for the past few years… after putting off the potential of facing astronomic costs, I finally decided to go to Ideal Image for a consultation and to learn more about what they do, who they are, and ultimately, how much I’d be forking over.
The ladies at Ideal Image (in Wellington) were wonderful. During my consultation with Susan, all of my questions — no matter how pedestrian or stupid or embarrassing — were answered in great detail (even with visual aides). Once it was time to address cost, Susan really worked with me to get the best and most reasonably priced package of services. Originally, I thought I could only get one or two areas of hair removed, but with Susan’s help, I was able to include all the various parts of my body that I wished could be permanently hairless.
Don’t hesitate going to Ideal Image. Just go; go have a consultation and ask all of your questions. I promise that you will be surprisingly impressed.
PS: The nurse — yes NURSE — who performed the actual laser hair removal — was just as wonderful as everyone else. I was made to feel very comfortable during the process and she was great at explaining everything and frequently checking to see if I was OK (which I was)! She was fantastic!

So excited to get this started after 3 years, they approved my credit quick and easy and I got $ 600 worthy of products! Ask for Susan or Michelle. They squeezed me at a time that was going to work for my schedule and got me out within 30 mins! :) ready!

I have previously had laser surgery (About 8 years ago) and the place I used in the past has since moved away and closed down at that location. I only needed a touch up, and they only offer a package deal that is extremely pricey, and then their «Guarantee» you still have a fee if your hair grows back and that fee is still the cost of a «Touch up» at other places.

So far, my experience has been great! I am almost done with my treatment. I’ve had about 75% hair loss on legs, bikini and underarms. When I’m completely done I hope I can write an updated review! The ladies at the wellington location are so sweet and caring!

The client service at this office is amazing. They are very accommodating and the office is extremely clean. After my consultation with Melanie, I felt completely comfortable with the way they conduct their day to day business. I already referred my sister and will refer many, many more to this location.
