They do not allow you to tell them where/​what spots are therefore I have had items ruined because the spot did not come out. Other cleaners I have used told me «if we know what the item is (ink, lipstick, red wine) we know what to use to remove it and they do. I do love that they use quality hangers.

I highly recommend Wooven. They pick up and deliver to my home for free and they’re always on time. I’ve never once had my dry cleaning lost or damaged. I trust them with my families most expenisve clothes.
