I went in originally looking for rose hips for my chinchillas. They didn’t have any on hand. They offered to look through their catalog to see if they could order it for me. They did, at a very low price for a whole pound. while I was there I picked up a couple other things like stress mints, gas drops for kids, and bison burgers! Aside from that the owner is VERY knowledgeable and available every time I go in with questions! LOVETHISPLACE! They’ve earned my business… BIGTIME!

Stopped here tonight on my way home from work. All three employees in the store were very friendly and helpful. Although they didn’t have exactly what I was looking for, they were able to direct me to something similar and showed me a few different options. I didn’t get the name of the person who helped me, but she seemed to have a lot of knowledge about the different vitamins and such that they carry.

The only reason I didn’t go on a rampage when I was diagnosed with celiac was because of this place! I drown my sorrows in gluten free cookies and donuts. They have a ton of gluten free stuff. I really liked that they carry gluten free to-go sandwiches from the restaurant next door. It made finding a quick lunch much easier. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful!

I like alternatives to the bigger places like whole foods, and All Ways Healthy delivers. They are a bit pricier, but I can get some Bragg’s Liquid aminos and that crazy good purely decadent Coconut Milk ice cream. Pretty nice staff, and I usually end up buying a few more items than I planned because I found something cool there.

Once or twice a year, usually in the fall, my lungs decide to go on vacation. I have asthma and an average fall cold tends to settle in my lungs, magically warp into bronchitis, and make me sound like a barking Great Dane for about a month. The only thing that ever seemed to work to make it go away was to go to the doctor and pay for a prescription of steroids, which not only was expensive but tends to make me gain weight. Let me just say, it gets REALLY old. So when this year’s edition of the cough-that-won’t-go-away set in, I tried literally every OTC medication known to mankind and still found myself hacking to a degree that others around me found more alarming than charming(go figure). My chiropractor suggested I go to the health food store and get some olive leaf extract to support my immune system, and this seemed as good an idea as any. I meandered into All Ways Healthy and immediately found a few bottles of olive leaf extract capsules, but no liquid kind. An employee saw me aimlessly meandering around the area and came to help. Unsure as to whether they had the liquid extract, she got a manager. The manager informed me that A) the stuff tastes like serious butt and B) that they didn’t have any but would be glad to order it. She then stood there and discussed my illness and symptoms with me and then recommended something different: a supplement called CL-7(CL standing for Clear Lungs). She said that’s what their asthmatic staff members use when they get sick and that it works wonders. Man. She was right. Next time I’ll skip the OTC crap and the foggy brained side effects and go right for this stuff. Incredible.
