The food is good but customer service not good at all. Just went there to get some food and they have a bunch of high school kids working there they talk to each other and ignore the customers. Ordered a salad and burgers the kid walked up and placed the bag of food on the counter near me without a word I was so confused as to what happened looked in the bag and it was my order. Grabed my food and waked out come on after spending $ 20 you just toss the bag on the counter and walk away. At least hand the bag to the customers hand. Never going there again.

I used to go all the time, the food is great and custard is delicious. The staff, however, has kept me from returning recently. First, they made a mistake on my order, and when I went to get it fixed, the girl scoffed and rolled her eyes at me and continued into the back talking loud enough for me to hear in the front how I’m wasting her time. The next time I went back was through the drive thru just to pick up 2 single dishes of the flavor of the day. She charged us for a larger size and then when we got home realized that we were given 2 different sizes of custard… The staff seems to be really young and are making silly yet frustrating mistakes.

The service was exceptional. The chili was excellent. The Strawberry Field salad was terrible. The picture shows field greens with sliced strawberries carrots and blue cheese pieces and pecans. What I got was a few very thin sliced strawberries, carrots, a few small pieces of blue cheese, over a third cup of pecans and all Head lettuce. I will not be buying salads here again. Chick-​fil-​a has much better salads.

I have been to this location many, many times and to be honest it’s normally a pretty good location. The employees at the drive thru are pleasant and efficient. But today I ordered a two piece white meat chicken dinner and the person who took my order made sure to check that this order was available. She came back and assured me it was so I paid and waited for my order which didn’t take too long.
Unfortunately when I got home I had a chicken thigh and leg. I’m sure many people like these pieces but when you order white meat that’s not what you want to eat. Sorry but this pissed me off. These are not pieces of chicken I particularly like.
Culvers please teach your employees not to outright lie to people. It will improve your reputation. I will most likely never again frequent this location just because I was lied to.

I have been to this location a number of times and I have to say that they have really lost their touch cooking a hamburger. I ordered a Bacon Butterburger Deluxe, without tomato and mayo, and there was no flavor to this burger at all. The bun was drenched in grease and the bacon had no taste. How could the bacon have no taste. The burger was constructed poorly, halfway put together when I opened it. Hate to say it, but I wont get a burger again. I will return for their custard though. My best flavor is Boston Crème.

I come here at least twice a week. Great staff and great food. Never any issues. Food is always at right temperature. I absolutely love their chili supreme with dinner roll. Their chicken tender and great as well. They have daily deals throughout the week. Will continue to come here :)

Food came quickly and the service was wonderfully helpful and nice! The person who brought our food (I think one of the managers), realized I was fighting off a bad cold, and offered me some hot water with honey and lemon. Very thoughtful!

If you go after 7pm, they will be out of all but one soup. But, they won’t tell you that until you’ve already been waiting 5min in the drive thru line. They come out and let you know you have only one option, otherwise you have to wait another 5min to get a refund. After 5+ times of this happening, I gave up on ever getting soup. Otherwise, their very unhealthy ice cream and butter burgers are always tasty. I would also consider them overpriced for fast food.

The butter burgers are OK. But I LOVE their Beef Pot Roast dinner. The pot roast is so tender & sits on sour dough slices. It comes with two sides, my favorites are mashed potatoes & gravy with green beans. Mmmmm, I’m getting hungry just thinking about it.

Mmmm butter burger. It’s great for fast food. And frozen custard! The west coast needs to get in on frozen custard so I can have some when I’m in LA. The place is clean and the manager even went around to all the table to see if we needed anything else. And the coffee comes in mugs — so great!

We come here every year when we visit family. The burgers are delicious and the custard is to die for. They make a great concrete mixer (custard and candy) and are super friendly. It is very clean. Wish we had this place at home.

Our favorite fast food. OK… it’s a tie with Taco Bell. OK… a 3-​way with White Castle… but don’t let those last two diminish my (or Culver’s) credibility. Fresh and delicious burgers, great fries, good deal, clean joint.

5:14pm: I drive over the Wisconsin-​Illinois border, planning on having dinner at the next Culver’s I see.
5:38pm: I worry that the Culver’s I passed in Wisco an hour ago was the last one on my drive home. I decide that Five Guys is my plan B dinner destination. Distressed, I inhale a bag of pretzel M&M’s.
5:52pm: Continuing down route 12, I spot that awesome blue and white sign that designates the greatness that is Culver’s and make a screeching right turn into the lot.
Hands down, my fav fast food burger! I filled up on a cheddar butterburger and fried cheese curds. That’s all it takes to make my day.
