Dunkin’ Donuts

I’ve always had horrible experiences at Dunkin but this location takes the cake as being the worst. There’s always one guy at the window who is very kind but the rest of the staff has an attitude problem. Last week I asked if they were bringing back the raspberry flavoring from last year for Valentines Day at the intercom. The lady straight out told me «I don’t know». Which is fine but just the way she said it bothered me. Then, I pull up to the window and ask the rest of the crew AND the manager if they knew the answer. They just all seemed clueless and really didn’t seem to care.
Within the same week, my bagel order was wrong, they would give me the wrong sized drink (I order a medium for a reason and received a large), and multiple times I’d ask for NO sugar (I again do this for a reason) but in return would receive a large pile of sugar at the bottom of my drink. DISGUSTING! I had to throw away multiple drinks because of this problem. I’m wasting money going to DD and would rather spend $ 5 bucks on a cup of coffee at the Starbucks down the street instead. I always receive excellent service there and they ALWAYS get my drink correct.
Seems like this location needs new management and a new staff. You definitely lost a daily customer today. Very dissatisfied.

My coworkers and I frequent this location since it’s so close to work and EVERY time we go there something is wrong. They forget some of the food we order. They’ll get drinks wrong and they’re not consistent with how they’re made. We ask for extra cream cheese on bagels and they fail at that, too, but they have no issues with charging you extra for it. True story– we ordered 2 bagels with extra cream cheese. After we received the bagels, we asked the manager if it had extra cream cheese… she lied to our face and said yes. We looked at it right in front of her and it was basically dry. Skip this location if you can or if you just want regular coffee.

Crappy donuts so so service, do yourself a favor and find someplace better! They need to bring back Big Apple Bagels which was the best in Lake Zurich! Not to mention Bell’s Apple Orchard!!!

This is my 3^rd time coming here where the donuts don’t taste fresh. They taste say old. But, hot chocolate is great!

Dunkin Donuts really is addictive. I especially love the Lake Zurich location: they always get my order right and have great service. If you go there enough they even remember your order which is always appreciated. The prices are great for the quality of food and drinks served. Love it!

Very immature staff. No fresh donuts. They had NONE of the donuts I asked for,(blueberry cake, Bavarian Cream, chocolate long john) They said what you see is what you get. All that was left were hours old stale donuts. I think corporate needs to take a long hard look at this store.

Love me some DD. This location is quick and efficient. If there is a line through the drive-​through it moves very quickly. My order is always accurate!
I can’t help but stop by after work during the summer for their $ 1 any size iced coffee or iced tea deal from 3 – 6 pm.

Come here almost every morning. They are super fast. The drive thru line is always long but moves quick. Love the dollar deal between 3 – 6.

Pretty standard for Dunkin Donuts. Quick service.

As far as Dunkin Donuts goes, this location stands out because of it’s friendly and hard-​working staff.
The drive through is quick and the person taking orders is usually cheerful and enthusiastic. Inside you can see the staff working hard and engaging customers.
I’m not sure what they do to keep up morale, but it’s working!

Small coffee regular sugar and double cream. That is my new order for the need to stay awake whenever duty calls me out here. Drive thru is my savior and extra restraint is needed to keep away from the donuts. Easy drive up and even handier location. Not much open late at night around these parts. Coffee is always hot and fresh and I am alert until the sugar crash!
Don’t forget the straw. That’s the only way I roll :)

LOVE this dunkin’ donuts. Compared to others I go for coffee, I find them to be my favorite. I drive out of my way in the morning to get coffee there.
The order-​taker speaks very clearly, they understand you and get your order right, and I appreciate that they have a sign of all the different donuts/​ice cream flavors. (I’m always the one who can never remember the name of the type I like and just blurt out whatever comes to mind, and I’m crushed when it’s not what I wanted.) They seem genuinely friendly when you pul up and they say Good morning and ask how you are, they ask if you want the receipt (which I never do, I do not need one more $ 1 receipt cluttering my wallet).
Lines aren’t too bad when I get there (between 7:45 and 8 on weekdays). Prices are same as anywhere else. I’ve only been through the drive-​through.
