Dunkin’ Donuts

Terrible. Overcharged at this location for the last time. The worst part of being over charged was pointing it out, and still not being refunded the full amount. This has happened more than once. I’ll go elsewhere for coffee and donuts in the future.

Best place to stop in to have a cup of coffee and A donut. Just make sure u watch both ways so that you don’t get run over.

I have actually walked in twice during my lunch and waited for awhile but no one was there to help me. This last time it smelled like a litter box when I walked in. Not appetizing

All Dunkin Donuts are NOT created equal. One more reason I don’t shop in my hood.
No drive thru.
TINY little parking lot, tiny little DD, maybe parks 8 dangerously, and then you have to pull out onto either Lake Cook Rd or Northwest Highway, good luck.
Barrington is know for alleged high city planning standards, somebody greased «somebody’s» palm to get this layout approved, it’s just dangerous on one of the busiest corners in town. Most of the time you are only going to get out of this parking lot if somebody LETS you out.
Seriously hard to get in and out of the place. Don’t do it.

I don’t know what’s happened to this location in the last 8 months. They’re always out of donuts. Just tonight I came in and was going to get 25 munchkins. There were 7 donuts on the shelves behind the cash register. I asked for some decaf coffee, they were out. My second choice was a vanilla coolata, they were out of vanilla coolatas. Not to disappoint my daughter I went to get a chocolate milk, they were out. In mid December I went in looking for a snow man ice cream cake, they didn’t have any. I asked if I could order one — they advertised in the local paper they’d have some — they didn’t know when they would receive the next order of ice cream cakes. When I looked in the freezer, there was a thanksgiving turkey cake in there. I needed to get 15 gift cards to give as gifts. Guess what? They were out. It/​s a good thing there is a new location on my way to work that has a drive thru, I will not be going here any longer. Not out of spite. They just don’t have what I want.

Went to get shakes for my kids tonight and for the third time they where out of many many flavors of ice cream. Close to the house but will be very happy to go to the new one in palatine soon as it opens. Tired of them not having things and disappointing my kids!

This place is great! don’t listen to that guy above i’ve never been over charged and I’ve been going to this one since before it had a baskins attached
