I order from this jimmy johns multiple times a week and I’m always happy with my order. There was one time where my sandwich wasn’t what I had ordered and with no hesitation they fixed the problem and refunded me. I am a huge fan of jimmy johns in general but this location is my favorite by far.

Haven’t been in a while since jersey mikes came, but picked up subs for my daughter and I, #2 and #4 — literally 2 ½ paper thin slices of meat on the sandwiches. So ridiculous how cheap and stingy they are with meat, but pile on lettuce (rule of thumb — the toppings should never be more than the main ingredient) The sandwiches are all bread, you have to pay extra to get a sandwich with simply a normal amount of meat on it. 2 bad sandwiches and 1 bag of chips cost over $ 12, Subway is much better even.

Ordered from Jimmy Johns because we needed to get dinner quickly, you know, bc its «freaky fast». Unfortunately it has taken over 35 minutes and still, no food. After a call to them to see if I could just pick it up, it have found that the food is already on its way… just somehow hasn’t found its way here. Will not be ordering food from here again… or at least not when I’m actually expecting it.

Used to be my favorite until they messed up an order and were not very apologetic on the phone.
Check your order before you leave.
I ordered an unwich. No bread because I’m gluten free. I was appalled when I opened it to find a regular sub sandwich on bread.
The Attitude on phone was not acceptable.
Im very disappointed !
