Jersey Mike’s Subs

I absolutely love the subs here but this location sucks all the teenage girls are really rude and act like your bothering them by asking for a sandwich I started ordering online to just run in and pick up and was treated in the same way one girl came up and was «mean girl“ing me asking where I was going and what plans I had referring to what I was wearing I’m guessing I don’t know it was so rude and unprofessional I won’t be returning to this location

Delicious, quick, and the service was wonderful. The place was slammed when we went, but the workers were very efficient. Great addition to LZ.

I’ve been in here a couple times and I have to disagree with the other posts on here. Every time I’m there the girls behind the counter are very nice and polite and even go out of their way to make small talk. We went in right before closing one night and still they were nice. I find the quality of their sandwiches to be on par with others in the chain. I’m glad Jersey Mike’s has opened in Lake Zurich!

Come on… you just opened how can it be this dirty? Please can the clean the place at the end of the day. Sandwich was ok the staff needs to get their act together. If the place wasn’t so sticky I would have given it 3 stars Im afraid I won’t be back any time soon.

My $ 9.00 6″ sub from Lake Zurich Jersey Mike’s was over priced and poor quality. The provolone slice was literally paper thin, the meat was ok but then it was piled high with lettuce and onion. The bread was dried out and flaked apart and there was a very faint flavor of vinegar & oil, barely worth mentioning. I won’t be back, I’ll go to Jimmy John’s or Subway, they make a better sandwich.

I went in today for the first time, and what a disappointment. First, of all, I went in to get my children lunch for a special parent/​child lunch at school. I went in, I usually get them subway kids meals because they want meatball subs, I was trying to avoid subway so I decided to try something new. They did not have meatballs in the kids meal so I ended up getting a large sub for them to split (it was $ 13.00,wow!!) I got over the sticker shock and purchased it. I myself got a mini veggie sub. I grabbed them two Gatorade and chips and checked out, $ 29.00 later. I get to the kids school and my children begin to eat and I look down and notice mold on their sandwich. Really??? Really??? A 13 dollar sub!!! My children ended up getting school lunch and I had my veggie sandwich, which was okay. After, I left the school, I went back to the location and told them. The girl that I walked up to and pulled aside to be polite and not speak in front of customers was so rude upon my hello with my bad in hand. She basically called me a liar because she said that she did all the «white breads» today and didn’t see mold. So I pulled out the sand which and proved her wrong! She walked away and another girl came out and apologized and handed me two free sub coupons. I wasn’t trying to get anything free, I was just trying to let them know and the first girl was just rude. I will not be back in there!
