Did a fair job with a roofing job in Fall of 2011. I have tried calling a few times since the service was complete; a couple of times in the past to refer local business to them, but never got a response from anyone– which I have no idea why a business wouldn’t return calls for new business… unless things are just sooo good for them, but i doubt it. Most recently, I have tried requesting a copy of the invoice for the service they provided for us since the begininning of August this year. Every time I call a «receptionist» answers and cannot do anything more than take a message. This person claims to work at the «office», but cannot acces any records or transfer calls to any manager, or anyone else for that matter. They kindly tell you that your message will be returned in a few days. Well, I haven’t heard back after 3 messages since the beginning of August this year.
All I am requesting is a copy of an invoice to provide to my homeowners insurance… Really that simple.
