Excellent Pizza, Great Service My family and I had a great experience at this Pizza Hut last month. We were in the area one afternoon and saw this eat-in Pizza Hut. It was deserted and there was only one employee(Steve) on duty. Fortunately, he was very polite, and willing to make us a special order pizza(half veggie /half cheese). The pizza was excellent — the toppings were fresh and tasty, and the crust was light and crispy. My wife said it the best pizza she had had in Chicago(she is not a fan of our deep-dish pizzas). If my experience represents the normal quality of food and service at this Pizza Hut, they should be a lot busier than they are. We will definitely be back.

We used the app to order. We ordered a pepperoni lovers, which came with no pepperoni — when I called they said«oh, we saw pepperoni lovers, but then it looked like the box was checked for no pepperoni» — what?! ?! If there was a question, wouldn’t you try to call or email since all of that info is there in the app? How is it even an option to order pepperoni lovers without pepperoni? Not impressed with the service on this one. Won’t be ordering again.

The food was good, except the long wait and cold wings. the staff treated us awful, but the store manager, Amanda was very nice. She offered me a 20 dollar credit but I have no intention of returning to this location.

Did you know Book It still exists? Oh yes, it does, your kid can earn personal pan pizzas just like we did back in the 80s! In order to redeem one of these coupons we ventured to the only sit down pizza hut we know of in the area. Is it the Pizza Hut of my 80s childhood memories — No. Was it a surprisingly decent and friendly experience — Yes! It was rather deserted on a Friday night, but after a few minutes more people trickled in and it didn’t feel so sad. The waitress was super nice, almost too nice. The dining room is fine, a little run down and teeny bit depressing but not terrible. The breadsticks were almost as good as I remembered and the pizza was tasty. The kids had the aforementioned personal pans, and we tried one of their new fangled pizzas, the unfortunately named Pretzel Piggy. Although it was a bit salty(but it features bacon and pretzel crust, so c’mon, duh) it was good! I’m not saying I’ll be back again this Friday but the next time my son earns his Book It coupon it’s pretty likely we’ll return to redeem it at some point and relive our childhood memories :)

This my first time to restaurant«the Pizza Hut». Overall I had good time. The food was tasty, salty, and greasy and I had fun picking food from menu. My experience could improve the next time I choose to go to restaurant for next time I am in mood for greasy cheesy food and fun menus to pick food from, by having female waitress who is not pregnant as well as not have mustache and maybe have blonde hair.

Underwhelmed at best. They do not offer beer(first Pizza Hut I’ve seen without it), had sticky tables and menus, and the room had a musty smell as if it had flooded before. The pizza was good and typical of any Pizza Hut, but the other factors will keep me from revisiting. This is a good restaurant for carry out only.

I had a horrible experience here in which the end result was that my pizza took five hours to arrive from the time I ordered it. I am not exagerating. The short version is that my first pizza arrived 2 hours after ordering. It was stone cold and large spots of cheese were simply missing. I called to complain and they sent out a replacement… which never arrived. When I called to ask where it was(2 hours later) I was informed that the delivery guy tried my phone and doorbell but nobody answered. This was a blatant lie as I had my phone with me and was home the ENTIRE time. They sent out a third pizza and this one finally showed up, but the entire experience was horrible.

Wings were good, however… they are way over priced for the amount of meat on the bones. Plus their client treatment sucked when I requested two different sauces for my 14 wings, the kid basically said too bad. I recommend going somewhere else if you like good wings.

This location is pretty good for their pizza lunch buffet. The waiter frequently refilled our drinks and the pizzas were refilled regularly with a good variety of choices.

We were driving home on Rand road from Evanston the other day and everyone was getting hungry so we started looking for somewhere to eat. The best thing about this place is the 7-day-a-week buffet. It runs from 12 to 2pm(or was that 11AM to 2pm?). The worst part was some sullen teenager that shuffled over and got our drink order, then disappeared. Maybe they were running a skeleton crew because the weather was nice and it was a Saturday. Didn’t matter though, there was plenty of pizza and a marginal salad bar. Also, you can beat the price of $ 5.99 for adults and $ 2.99 for kids.
