I used to go to The Chop Shop avidly, but lately, I’ve been extremely turned off by it. First of all, one of my past visits to The Chop Shop left me with my left side of my head an inch shorter than my right. Secondly, whenever I walk into The Chop Shop, I feel like the customers are not very important. The employees are always chit-chatting and ignoring customers/not making customers feel welcomed. I will try to avoid returning to The Chop Shop for as long as I can, especially since I found an excellent hairdresser who works out of her phone and doesn’t burn a hole in my wallet.

i love the chop shop. i recently took off a large quantity of hair for a locks of love donation there, and got a new style for after. it was exactly what i wanted, and the people there were extremely friendly and helpful. i will be going back for a long time.
